15:1	I određene, potiču iz Judeje, podučavali braću, „Osim ako niste obrezani po Mojsijevom običaju, ne možete biti spašeni.”
15:2	Stoga, kada su Pavle i Barnava podigli ne mali ustanak protiv njih, odlučili su da Pavle i Varnava, a neki sa suprotne strane, treba da se obrati apostolima i sveštenicima u Jerusalimu u vezi sa ovim pitanjem.
15:3	Stoga, koje vodi crkva, putovali su kroz Feniciju i Samariju, opisujući obraćenje neznabožaca. I izazvali su veliku radost među svom braćom.
15:4	I kad su stigli u Jerusalim, primili su ih i crkva i apostoli i starci, izvještavajući o velikim stvarima koje je Bog učinio s njima.
15:5	Ali neki iz sekte fariseja, oni koji su bili vjernici, ustao govoreći, “Neophodno je da se obrežu i da budu upućeni da drže Mojsijev zakon.”
15:6	A apostoli i starješine su se okupili da se pobrinu za ovu stvar.

15:1	“I am the true vine, and my Father is the vinedresser.
15:2	Every branch in me that does not bear fruit, he will take away. And each one that does bear fruit, he will cleanse, so that it may bring forth more fruit.
15:3	You are clean now, because of the word that I have spoken to you.
15:4	Abide in me, and I in you. Just as the branch is not able to bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, so also are you unable, unless you abide in me.
15:5	Ja sam loza; vi ste grane. Whoever abides in me, a ja u njemu, bears much fruit. For without me, you are able to do nothing.
15:6	If anyone does not abide in me, he will be cast away, like a branch, and he will wither, and they will gather him and cast him into the fire, and he burns.
15:7	If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, then you may ask for whatever you will, and it shall be done for you.
15:8	U ovom, my Father is glorified: that you should bring forth very much fruit and become my disciples.
