Ch 2 Luke

Luke 2

2:1 And it happened in those days that a decree went out from Caesar Augustus, so that the whole world would be enrolled.
2:2 This was the first enrollment; it was made by the ruler of Syria, Quirinius.
2:3 And all went to be declared, each one to his own city.
2:4 Then Joseph also ascended from Galilee, from the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and family of David,
2:5 in order to be declared, with Mary his espoused wife, who was with child.
2:6 Yna, mae'n digwydd bod, while they were there, the days were completed, so that she would give birth.
2:7 And she brought forth her firstborn son. And she wrapped him in swaddling clothes and laid him in a manger, because there was no room for them at the inn.
2:8 And there were shepherds in the same region, being vigilant and keeping watch in the night over their flock.
2:9 Ac wele, an Angel of the Lord stood near them, and the brightness of God shone around them, and they were struck with a great fear.
2:10 And the Angel said to them: "Peidiwch â bod ofn. Ar gyfer, wele, I proclaim to you a great joy, which will be for all the people.
2:11 For today a Saviour has been born for you in the city of David: he is Christ the Lord.
2:12 And this will be a sign for you: you will find the infant wrapped in swaddling clothes and lying in a manger.”
2:13 And suddenly there was with the Angel a multitude of the celestial army, praising God and saying,
2:14 “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men of good will.”
2:15 Ac mae'n digwydd bod, pan oedd y Angels wedi gwyro oddi wrthynt i'r nef, Dywedodd y bugeiliaid wrth ei gilydd, "Gadewch i ni groesi drosodd i Fethlehem a gweld y gair hwn, sydd wedi digwydd, y mae'r Arglwydd wedi datgelu i ni. "
2:16 A hwy a aethant yn gyflym. Ac maent yn dod o hyd i Fair a Joseff; ac mae'r babanod yn gorwedd mewn preseb.
2:17 Yna, wrth weld hyn, eu bod yn deall y gair a oedd wedi cael siarad â nhw am fachgen hwn.
2:18 A phawb sy'n clywed yn cael eu synnu gan hyn, a chan y pethau a ddywedodd iddynt gan y bugeiliaid.
2:19 Ond Mair a gedwir yr holl eiriau hyn, eu pondering yn ei chalon.
2:20 Ac mae'r bugeiliaid ddychwelwyd, ogoneddu a moli Duw am yr holl bethau yr oeddent wedi clywed ac yn gweld, yn union fel yr oedd yn dweud iddyn nhw.
2:21 Ac ar ôl wyth diwrnod yn dod i ben, fel y byddai'r bachgen yn cael ei enwaedu, ei enw oedd enw Iesu, yn union fel y gelwid ef gan yr Angel cyn iddo gael ei greu yn y groth.
2:22 Ac ar ôl y dyddiau ei puro eu cyflawni, yn ôl cyfraith Moses, hwy a'i dygasant ef i Jerwsalem, er mwyn cyflwyno ef i'r Arglwydd,
2:23 yn union fel y mae yn ysgrifenedig yng nghyfraith yr Arglwydd, "I agor y groth pob gwryw gelwir yn sanctaidd i'r Arglwydd,"
2:24 ac er mwyn cynnig aberth, yn ôl yr hyn a ddywedir yn y gyfraith yr Arglwydd, "Pâr o durturod neu ddau gyw colomen."
2:25 Ac wele, yr oedd dyn yn Jerwsalem, o'r enw Simeon, ac y dyn yn unig oedd ac yn ofni Duw, aros am ddiddanwch Israel. A'r Ysbryd Glân oedd gydag ef.
2:26 Ac oedd wedi derbyn ateb gan yr Ysbryd Glân: na fyddai'n gweld ei farwolaeth ei hun cyn iddo weld y Crist yr Arglwydd.
2:27 Ac efe a aeth â'r Ysbryd i'r deml. A pan fydd y plentyn Iesu yn dod i mewn gan ei rieni, er i weithredu ar ei ran yn ôl yr arfer o gyfraith,
2:28 hefyd cymerodd ef i fyny, yn ei freichiau, a bendithiodd Dduw gan ddweud:
2:29 "Nawr efallai y byddwch wrthod dy was mewn tangnefedd, O Arglwydd, yn ôl dy air.
2:30 Ar gyfer fy llygaid wedi gweld dy iachawdwriaeth,
2:31 yr ydych wedi paratoi cyn wyneb yr holl bobloedd:
2:32 ngoleuni'r datguddiad i wledydd a gogoniant dy bobl Israel. "
2:33 Ac mae ei dad a'i fam yn rhyfeddu dros y pethau hyn, a ddywedid am dano.
2:34 A bendithiodd Simeon hwy, ac meddai wrth ei fam Mary: "Wele, mae hyn yn un wedi ei osod ar gyfer yr adfail ac am atgyfodiad llawer yn Israel, ac fel arwydd a fydd yn cael eu gwrth-ddweud.
2:35 A bydd gleddyf pasio trwy eich enaid ei hun, fel y gall y meddyliau llawer o calonnau yn cael eu datgelu. "
2:36 Ac yr oedd proffwydes, anna, merch Phanuel, o lwyth Aser. Cafodd ei datblygedig iawn yn y blynyddoedd, ac mae hi wedi byw gyda'i gŵr am saith mlynedd o'i morwyndod.
2:37 Ac yna roedd hi'n weddw, hyd yn oed at ei 84eg flwyddyn. A heb wyro oddi wrth y deml, ei bod yn was i ymprydio a gweddi, nos a dydd.
2:38 Ac yn mynd i mewn ar yr un awr, hi cyfaddef i'r Arglwydd. A hi a siarad amdano i bawb a oedd yn aros am ad-dalu Israel.
2:39 Ac wedi iddynt berfformio popeth yn ôl y gyfraith yr Arglwydd, dychwelsant i Galilea, at eu dinas, Nasareth.
2:40 Nawr tyfodd y plentyn, ac yr oedd yn cryfhau gyda cyflawnder doethineb. Ac gras Duw oedd ynddo ef.
2:41 And his parents went every year to Jerusalem, at the time of the solemnity of Passover.
2:42 And when he had become twelve years old, they ascended to Jerusalem, according to the custom of the feast day.
2:43 And having completed the days, when they returned, the boy Jesus remained in Jerusalem. And his parents did not realize this.
2:44 Ond, supposing that he was in the company, they went a day’s journey, seeking him among their relatives and acquaintances.
2:45 And not finding him, dychwelsant i Jerwsalem, seeking him.
2:46 Ac mae'n digwydd bod, after three days, they found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the doctors, listening to them and questioning them.
2:47 But all who listened to him were astonished over his prudence and his responses.
2:48 Ac wrth weld ef, they wondered. And his mother said to him: "Son, why have you acted this way toward us? Wele, your father and I were seeking you in sorrow.”
2:49 Ac efe a ddywedodd wrthynt: “How is it that you were seeking me? For did you not know that it is necessary for me to be in these things which are of my Father?"
2:50 And they did not understand the word that he spoke to them.
2:51 And he descended with them and went to Nazareth. And he was subordinate to them. And his mother kept all these words in her heart.
2:52 And Jesus advanced in wisdom, and in age, and in grace, with God and men.
