Ch 22 Matthew

Matthew 22

Oku puru me mea momona kua patua, a he rite katoa. Haere mai ki te marena. '
22:5 Otira tukunoa'i ratou tenei a haere atu ana ratou: tetahi ki tona wahi whenua, me tetahi ki tona mahi.
22:6 Otiia he pono, ka mau o ana pononga te toenga me, ka tukinotia ratou ki whakahawea, patua ratou.
22:14 He tokomaha hoki e karangatia, he ruarua ia e whiriwhiria. ' "
22:15 Katahi nga Parihi, haere i roto i, took counsel as to how they might entrap him in speech.
22:16 And they sent their disciples to him, with the Herodians, mea: "E te Kaiwhakaako, we know that you are truthful, and that you teach the way of God in truth, and that the influence of others is nothing to you. For you do not consider the reputation of men.
22:17 Na reira, tell us, how does it seem to you? Is it lawful to pay the census tax to Caesar, or not?"
22:18 Ko Ihu, knowing their wickedness, mea: “Why do you test me, koutou te hunga tinihanga?
22:19 Show me the coin of the census tax.” And they offered him a denarius.
22:20 Na ka mea a Ihu ki a ratou, “Whose image is this, and whose inscription?"
22:21 ka mea ratou ki a ia, “Caesar’s.” Then he said to them, “Then render to Caesar what is of Caesar; and to God what is of God.”
22:22 Na rongo tenei, miharo ratou. And having left him behind, haere atu ana ratou.
22:23 I taua ra, the Sadducees, who say there is to be no resurrection, whakatata ia. A ui ratou ki a ia,
22:24 mea: "E te Kaiwhakaako, ka mea a Mohi: If anyone will have died, having no son, his brother shall marry his wife, and he shall raise up offspring to his brother.
22:25 Now there were seven brothers with us. And the first, having taken a wife, mate. And having no offspring, he left his wife to his brother:
22:26 similarly with the second, and the third, even to the seventh.
22:27 A muri o te katoa, the woman also passed away.
22:28 I roto i te aranga, ka, whose wife of the seven will she be? For they all had her.”
22:29 But Jesus responded to them by saying: “You have gone astray by knowing neither the Scriptures, nor the power of God.
22:30 For in the resurrection, they shall neither marry, nor be given in marriage. Hei utu, they shall be like the Angels of God in heaven.
22:31 But concerning the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was spoken by God, i mea ki a koe:
22:32 ‘I am the God of Abraham, me te Atua o Ihaka, and the God of Jacob?’ He is not the God of the dead, but of the living.”
22:38 Ko tenei te kupu nui, me te tuatahi.
22:39 Ko he rite ki reira te rua o: 'Me aroha e koe tou hoa tata, ano ko koe.'
22:40 Kei runga i enei kupu e rua e tei te ture katoa, a hoki nga poropiti. "
22:41 Na, when the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus questioned them,
22:42 mea: “What do you think about the Christ? Whose son is he?"Ratou mea ki a ia, “David’s.”
22:43 ka mea ia ki a ratou: “Then how can David, i roto i te Wairua, call him Lord, mea:
22:44 'Ka mea te Ariki ki toku Ariki: Noho i toku ringa matau, until I make your enemies your footstool?'
22:45 Na ka, if David calls him Lord, how can he be his son?"
22:46 And no one was able to respond to him a word. And neither did anyone dare, from that day forward, to question him.
