5:1	Choncho, I beg the elders who are among you, as one who is also an elder and a witness of the Passion of Christ, who also shares in that glory which is to be revealed in the future:
5:2	pasture the flock of God that is among you, kupereka kwa izo, not as a requirement, but willingly, mogwirizana ndi Mulungu, and not for the sake of tainted profit, but freely,
5:3	not so as to dominate by means of the clerical state, but so as to be formed into a flock from the heart.
5:4	And when the Leader of pastors will have appeared, you shall secure an unfading crown of glory.

16:13	Kenako Yesu anapita kumadera a ku Kaisareya wa ku Filipi. Ndipo adafunsa wophunzira ake, kunena, “Kodi anthu amanena kuti Mwana wa munthu ndi yani??”
16:14	Ndipo iwo adati, “Ena amati Yohane M’batizi, ndi ena ati Eliya, koma enanso amati Yeremiya, kapena mmodzi wa aneneri.”
16:15	Yesu adati kwa iwo, “Koma inu munena kuti ndine yani??”
16:16	Simoni Petro adayankha nati, “Inu ndinu Khristu, Mwana wa Mulungu wamoyo.”
16:17	Ndipo poyankha, Yesu adati kwa iye: “Odala ndinu, Simoni mwana wa Yona. Pakuti thupi ndi mwazi sizinakuululire ichi, koma Atate wanga, amene ali kumwamba.
16:18	Ndipo ine ndinena kwa inu, kuti ndiwe Petro, ndipo pa thanthwe ili ndidzamangapo Mpingo wanga, ndipo makomo a Jahannama siidzaugonjetsa.
16:19	Ndipo ndidzakupatsa makiyi a Ufumu wa Kumwamba. Ndipo chilichonse chimene mungachimanga padziko lapansi chidzakhala chomangidwa, ngakhale kumwamba. Ndipo chilichonse chimene mumasula padziko lapansi chidzamasulidwa, ngakhale kumwamba.”
