Ch 8 John

John 8

8:1 But Jesus continued on to the Mount of Olives.
8:2 And early in the morning, he went again to the temple; and all the people came to him. 'Me a lula, o ile a ruta ba.
8:3 Now the scribes and Pharisees brought forward a woman caught in adultery, and they stood her in front of them.
8:4 Le ba re ho eena: "Mosuoe, this woman was just now caught in adultery.
8:5 And in the law, Moses commanded us to stone such a one. Ka hona, what do you say?"
8:6 But they were saying this to test him, so that they might be able to accuse him. Then Jesus bent down and wrote with his finger on the earth.
8:7 Eaba, when they persevered in questioning him, he stood upright and said to them, “Let whoever is without sin among you be the first to cast a stone at her.”
8:8 And bending down again, he wrote on the earth.
8:9 But upon hearing this, ba tloha, e mong ka ho e mong, beginning with the eldest. And Jesus alone remained, with the woman standing in front of him.
8:10 Joale Jesu a, raising himself up, a re ho eena: "Mosali, where are those who accused you? Has no one condemned you?"
8:11 'Me o ile a re, “No one, Lord.” Then Jesus said: “Neither will I condemn you. Ea, and now do not choose to sin anymore.”
8:12 Then Jesus spoke to them again, a re: “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me does not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.”
8:13 And so the Pharisees said to him, “You offer testimony about yourself; your testimony is not true.”
8:14 Jesu o ile a re ho bona: “Even though I offer testimony about myself, my testimony is true, for I know where I came from and where I am going.
8:15 You judge according to the flesh. I do not judge anyone.
8:16 And when I do judge, my judgment is true. For I am not alone, but it is I and he who sent me: Ntate.
8:17 And it is written in your law that the testimony of two men is true.
8:18 I am one who offers testimony about myself, and the Father who sent me offers testimony about me.”
8:19 Ka hona, ba re ho eena, “Where is your Father?"Jesu a araba: “You know neither me, nor my Father. If you did know me, perhaps you would know my Father also.”
8:20 Jesus spoke these words at the treasury, while teaching in the temple. And no one apprehended him, hobane hora ea hae o ne a e-s'o fihle.
8:21 Ka hona, Jesus again spoke to them: “I am going, and you shall seek me. And you will die in your sin. Where I am going, you are not able to go.”
8:22 And so the Jews said, “Is he going to kill himself, etsoe o itse: 'Ke hokae moo ke tla, u ke ke ua khona ho ea?'"
8:23 Le a re ho bona: “You are from below. I am from above. You are of this world. I am not of this world.
8:24 Ka hona, Ke ile ka re ho uena, that you will die in your sins. For if you will not believe that I am, you will die in your sin.”
8:25 'Me kahoo ba re ho eena, "U mang?” Jesus said to them: “The Beginning, who is also speaking to you.
8:26 I have much to say about you and to judge. But he who sent me is true. And what I have heard from him, this I speak within the world.”
8:27 And they did not realize that he was calling God his Father.
8:28 And so Jesus said to them: “When you will have lifted up the Son of man, then you shall realize that I am, and that I do nothing of myself, but just as the Father has taught me, so do I speak.
8:29 And he who sent me is with me, and he has not abandoned me alone. For I always do what is pleasing to him.”
8:30 As he was speaking these things, many believed in him.
8:31 Ka hona, Jesu a re ho bao ba Bajuda ba neng ba lumela ho eena: "Haeba u tla mamela lentsoe la ka, o tla e le kannete-ba barutuoa ba ka.
8:32 'Me u tla lokela ho tseba' nete, 'me' nete e tla le lokolla. "
8:33 Ba mo araba: "Re ke litloholo tsa Abrahama, mme re e-s'o e le lekhoba leha e le mang.
8:39 Ba ile ba amohela 'me a re ho eena, "Abrahama ke ntat'a rōna." Jesu a re ho bona: "Haeba u sa bara ba Abrahama, ebe etsa mesebetsi ea Abrahama.
8:40 Empa hona joale o batla ho bolaea le 'na, monna eo a le boleletseng 'nete ho uena, eo ke e utloileng ho Molimo. Sena ha se seo Abrahama etsa.
8:41 U etsa mesebetsi ea ntat'a lōna. "Ka hona, ba re ho eena: "Re ne re a sa tsoalloa ho tsoa bohlola. Re na le ntate e mong: Molimo. "
8:42 Joale Jesu a re ho bona: "Haeba Molimo a ne ntate oa hao, ka sebele u ne u tla nthata. Etsoe ke a le tsoa ho Molimo. Etsoe ha kea ka tlang ho 'na ho, empa o ile a romela 'na.
8:43 Why do you not recognize my speech? It is because you are not able to hear my word.
8:44 You are of your father, diabolose. And you will carry out the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning. And he did not stand in the truth, because the truth is not in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks it from his own self. For he is a liar, and the father of lies.
8:45 But if I speak the truth, you do not believe me.
8:46 Which of you can convict me of sin? If I speak the truth to you, why do you not believe me?
8:47 Whoever is of God, hears the words of God. Ka lebaka lena, you do not hear them: because you are not of God.”
8:48 Ka hona, the Jews responded and said to him, “Are we not correct in saying that you are a Samaritan, and that you have a demon?"
8:49 Jesu o ile: “I do not have a demon. But I honor my Father, and you have dishonored me.
8:50 But I am not seeking my own glory. There is One who seeks and judges.
8:51 Amen, amene, Ke re ho lōna, haeba mang kapa mang o tla be a boloka lentsoe la ka, a ke ke a bona lefu ka ho sa feleng. "
8:53 Na u moholo ho Abrahama ntate oa rona, ba shoele? Le baprofeta ba shoele. Kahoo ba u se u etsa hore u?"
8:54 Jesu o ile: "Haeba ke itlotlisa, thoriso ea ka hase letho. Ke Ntate ea ntlotlisang. 'Me u re ka eena hore ke eena Molimo oa hao.
8:55 Leha ho le joalo u sa kang ba tseba mo. Empa ke mo tseba. 'Me haeba ke ne ho bolela hore ha ke tsebe mo, ka nako eo ke tla ba ea tšoanang le uena, o leshano. Empa ke mo tseba, 'me ke boloka lentsoe la hae.

8:57 Me ho joalo le Bajuda ba re ho eena, "O e-s'o fihla lilemong tse mashome a mahlano, 'me u bone Abrahama?"
8:58 Jesu a re ho ba, "Amen, amene, Ke re ho lōna, pele Abrahama e ne e entsoe, 'Na. "
8:59 Ka hona, ba nka majoe a ho lahlela ka mo. Empa Jesu o ile a pata ka boeena o, le a tloha tempeleng.
