યશાયાહ 55: 10-11

55:10	અને તે જ રીતે વરસાદ અને બરફ સ્વર્ગમાંથી ઉતરે છે, અને હવે ત્યાં પાછા નહીં આવે, પરંતુ પૃથ્વી ખાડો, અને તેને પાણી આપો, અને તેને ખીલે છે અને વાવનારને બીજ અને ભૂખ્યાને રોટલી આપે છે,
55:11	મારી વાત પણ એવી જ હશે, જે મારા મુખમાંથી નીકળશે. તે મારી પાસે ખાલી પાછી નહીં ફરે, પરંતુ હું જે ઈચ્છું તે તે પરિપૂર્ણ કરશે, અને જે કાર્યો માટે મેં તેને મોકલ્યો છે તેમાં તે સફળ થશે.

6:7	And when praying, do not choose many words, as the pagans do. For they think that by their excess of words they might be heeded.
6:8	તેથી, do not choose to imitate them. For your Father knows what your needs may be, even before you ask him.
6:9	તેથી, you shall pray in this way: Our Father, who is in heaven: May your name be kept holy.
6:10	May your kingdom come. May your will be done, as in heaven, so also on earth.
6:11	Give us this day our life-sustaining bread.
6:12	And forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors.
6:13	અને અમને લાલચમાં ન દોરો. But free us from evil. આમીન.
6:14	For if you will forgive men their sins, your heavenly Father also will forgive you your offenses.
6:15	But if you will not forgive men, neither will your Father forgive you your sins.
