Čitanje

The Book of the Prophet Ezekiel 2: 8-3: 4

2:8	Ali što se tebe tiče, sin čovječji, listen to all that I say to you. And do not choose to be provoking, as that house is a provoker. Open your mouth, and eat whatever I give to you.”
2:9	And I looked, i gle: a hand was put forth toward me; there was a scroll rolled up in it. And he spread it out before me, and there was writing on the inside and on the outside. And there were written in it lamentations, and verses, and woes.

3:1	I rekao mi je: “Son of man, eat whatever you will find; eat this scroll, i, going forth, speak to the sons of Israel.”
3:2	And I opened my mouth, and he fed me that scroll.
3:3	I rekao mi je: “Son of man, your stomach shall eat, and your interior shall be filled with this scroll, which I am giving to you.” And I ate it, and in my mouth it became as sweet as honey.
3:4	I rekao mi je: “Son of man, go to the house of Israel, and you shall speak my words to them.

Jevanđelje

Sveto jevanđelje po Mateju 18: 1-5, 10, 12-14

18:1	U tom času, učenici su se približili Isusu, govoreći, „Koga smatraš većim u kraljevstvu nebeskom?”
18:2	I Isus, dozivajući sebi malo dete, stavio ga u svoju sredinu.
18:3	I rekao je: „Amen, kažem vam, osim ako se ne promijenite i ne postanete kao mala djeca, nećete ući u kraljevstvo nebesko.
18:4	Stoga, ko god bi se ponizio kao ovo malo dijete, takav je veći u kraljevstvu nebeskom.
18:5	I ko prihvati jedno takvo malo dijete u moje ime, prihvata me.
18:10	Pazite da ne prezrete ni jednog od ovih malih. Jer ja vam kažem, da njihovi Anđeli na nebu neprestano gledaju u lice mog Oca, koji je na nebu.
18:12	How does it seem to you? If someone has one hundred sheep, and if one of them has gone astray, should he not leave behind the ninety-nine in the mountains, and go out to seek what has gone astray?
18:13	And if he should happen to find it: Amen vam kažem, that he has more joy over that one, than over the ninety-nine which did not go astray.
18:14	Čak i tako, it is not the will before your Father, koji je na nebu, that one of these little ones should be lost.
