اعمال الرسل 6: 1-7
| 6:1 | في هذه الأيام, as the number of disciples was increasing, there occurred a murmuring of the Greeks against the Hebrews, because their widows were treated with disdain in the daily ministration. |
| 6:2 | And so the twelve, calling together the multitude of the disciples, قال: “It is not fair for us to leave behind the Word of God to serve at tables also. |
| 6:3 | لذلك, الإخوة, search among yourselves for seven men of good testimony, filled with the Holy Spirit and with wisdom, whom we may appoint over this work. |
| 6:4 | بعد حقا, we will be continually in prayer and in the ministry of the Word.” |
| 6:5 | And the plan pleased the entire multitude. And they chose Stephen, a man filled with faith and with the Holy Spirit, and Philip and Prochorus and Nicanor and Timon and Parmenas and Nicolas, a new arrival from Antioch. |
| 6:6 | These they set before the sight of the Apostles, and while praying, they imposed hands on them. |
| 6:7 | And the Word of the Lord was increasing, and the number of disciples in Jerusalem was multiplied exceedingly. And even a large group of the priests were obedient to the faith. |
القراءة الثانية
نفذ 2: 4-9
2:4 And approaching him as if he were a living stone, rejected by men, بالتأكيد, but elect and honored by God,
2:5 be also yourselves like living stones, built upon him, a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, so as to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.
2:6 و لهذا, Scripture asserts: "ها, I am setting in Zion a chief cornerstone, elect, precious. And whoever will have believed in him will not be confounded.”
2:7 لذلك, to you who believe, he is honor. But to those who do not believe, the stone which the builders have rejected, the same has been made into the head of the corner,
2:8 and a stone of offense, and a rock of scandal, to those who are offended by the Word; neither do they believe, though they also have been built upon him.
2:9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, an acquired people, so that you may announce the virtues of him who has called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

جون 14: 1-12
14:1 وحدث ذلك, عندما دخل يسوع بيت أحد قادة الفريسيين في السبت ليأكل خبزا, كانوا يراقبونه.
14:2 وها, وكان رجل قبله مصابا بالوذمة.
14:3 ويستجيب, تكلم يسوع مع خبراء الشريعة والفريسيين, قول, «هل يحل التداوي في السبت؟?"
14:4 لكنهم ظلوا صامتين. بعد حقا, الاستيلاء عليه, فشفاه وأرسله.
14:5 والرد عليهم, هو قال, "ومن منكم يسقط حماره أو ثوره في حفرة, ولن يسحبه على الفور, يوم السبت?"
14:6 ولم يتمكنوا من الرد عليه في هذه الأمور.
14:7 ثم قال أيضاً مثلاً, لأولئك الذين تمت دعوتهم, ملاحظة كيف اختاروا المقاعد الأولى على الطاولة, قائلا لهم:
14:8 "عندما تتم دعوتك لحضور حفل زفاف, لا تجلس في المقام الأول, لئلا يدعوه من هو أكرم منك.
14:9 ثم هو الذي دعاك وإياه, يقترب, قد أقول لك, "أعطه هذا المكان". وبعد ذلك ستبدأ, بالخجل, ليحتل المركز الأخير.
14:10 ولكن عندما تتم دعوتك, يذهب, اجلس في أدنى مكان, لهذا السبب., عندما يأتي الذي دعاك, قد يقول لك, "صديق.", اصعد الى فوق. حينئذ يكون لك مجد في عيون المتكئين معك.
14:11 لأن كل من يرفع نفسه يتضع, ومن يضع نفسه يرتفع».
14:12 Then he also said to the one who had invited him: “When you prepare a lunch or dinner, do not choose to call your friends, or your brothers, or your relatives, or your wealthy neighbors, lest perhaps they might then invite you in return and repayment would made to you.
