The Book of Deuteronomy     6: 2-6

Hi faithful blog readers,

We wanted you to understand what party we are, and all that jazz.

“We are not with the government, but with the people.” Yep, that’s our motto. In Latin, it is  ” nos es non per habenae , tamen per populus ” In any language it means that we will go for the people, and stand for the people, no matter what peer pressure makes us try to do. Oh, my health teacher would be so proud. All of our minions know what I mean.

So, as I was saying, before I interrupted myself, our symbol is the person. Because in the Constition, it says “We the PEOPLE in order to form a more perfect union” It say people, not donkey or elephant. Because an animal can’t help us form a more perfect union, but a person can.Later on in the Constition it says “Establish justice” Well, I don’t know about you, but a donkey can’t establish justice and neither can a elephant. But a person can.

So, I’ll leave you with this thought, it isn’t We the elephants or We the donkeys, it is We the the People. The founding fathers sure had it right.
