11:1	Nu hörde apostlarna och bröderna som var i Judeen att hedningarna också hade tagit emot Guds ord.
11:2	Sedan, när Petrus hade gått upp till Jerusalem, de som var av omskärelsen argumenterade mot honom,
11:3	ordspråk, "Varför gick du in till oomskurna män, och varför åt du med dem?”
11:4	Och Petrus började förklara för dem, på ett ordnat sätt, ordspråk:
11:5	”Jag var i staden Joppe och bad, och jag såg, i sinnets extas, en vision: en viss container fallande, som ett stort linneduk som släpps ner från himlen vid dess fyra hörn. Och det närmade sig mig.
11:6	Och tittar på det, Jag tänkte på och såg jordens fyrfota djur, och vilddjuren, och reptilerna, och luftens flygande saker.
11:7	Då hörde jag också en röst som sa till mig: 'Stig upp, Peter. Döda och äta.’
11:8	Men jag sa: 'Aldrig, herre! Ty vad som är vanligt eller orent har aldrig kommit in i min mun.”

10:1	"Amen, amen, jag säger till dig, he who does not enter through the door into the fold of the sheep, but climbs up by another way, he is a thief and a robber.
10:2	But he who enters through the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
10:3	To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name, and he leads them out.
10:4	And when he has sent out his sheep, he goes before them, and the sheep follow him, because they know his voice.
10:5	But they do not follow a stranger; instead they flee from him, because they do not know the voice of strangers.”
10:6	Jesus spoke this proverb to them. But they did not understand what he was saying to them.
10:7	Därför, Jesus spoke to them again: "Amen, amen, jag säger till dig, that I am the door of the sheep.
10:8	All others, as many as have come, are thieves and robbers, and the sheep did not listen to them.
10:9	I am the door. If anyone has entered through me, he will be saved. And he shall go in and go out, and he shall find pastures.
10:10	The thief does not come, except so that he may steal and slaughter and destroy. I have come so that they may have life, and have it more abundantly.
