Handlingar 14: 18- 27

14:19	Men när lärjungarna stod omkring honom, han reste sig och gick in i staden. Och nästa dag, han begav sig med Barnabas till Derbe.
14:20	Och när de hade evangeliserat den staden, och hade lärt många, de återvände till Lystra och Ikonium och till Antiokia,
14:21	stärka lärjungarnas själar, och uppmanade dem att alltid förbli i tron, och att det är nödvändigt för oss att gå in i Guds rike genom många vedermödor.
14:22	Och när de hade inrättat präster åt dem i varje kyrka, och hade bett med fasta, de överbevisade dem till Herren, på vem de trodde.
14:23	Och reser via Pisidia, de anlände till Pamfylien.
14:24	Och efter att ha talat Herrens ord i Perge, de gick ner till Attalia.
14:25	Och därifrån, de seglade till Antiokia, där de hade blivit lovordade till Guds nåd för det verk som de nu hade utfört.
14:26	Och när de hade kommit och hade samlat kyrkan, de berättade vilka stora saker Gud hade gjort med dem, och hur han hade öppnat trons dörr för hedningarna.
14:27	Och de stannade en kort tid hos lärjungarna.

John 14: 27- 31

14:27	Peace I leave for you; my Peace I give to you. Not in the way that the world gives, do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, and let it not fear.
14:28	You have heard that I said to you: I am going away, and I am returning to you. If you loved me, certainly you would be gladdened, because I am going to the Father. For the Father is greater than I.
14:29	And now I have told you this, before it happens, så att, when it will happen, you may believe.
14:30	I will not now speak at length with you. For the prince of this world is coming, but he does not have anything in me.

Handlingar 14: 5- 18

14:5	Nu när ett överfall hade planerats av hedningarna och judarna med deras ledare, så att de kunde behandla dem med förakt och stena dem,

14:7	Och en man satt i Lystra, handikappad i fötterna, halt från sin mors mage, som aldrig hade gått.
14:8	Den här mannen hörde Paulus tala. Och Paul, tittar intensivt på honom, och märkte att han hade tro, för att han skulle bli helad,
14:9	sa med hög röst, "Stå upprätt på dina fötter!” Och han hoppade upp och gick runt.
14:10	Men när folkmassan hade sett vad Paulus hade gjort, de höjde sin röst på lykaoniska språket, ordspråk, "Gudarna, efter att ha tagit människors likheter, har stigit ned till oss!”
14:11	Och de kallade Barnabas, 'Jupiter,Men de kallade verkligen Paulus, 'Mercurius,eftersom han var huvudtalaren.
14:12	Också, prästen av Jupiter, som var utanför staden, framför porten, införande av oxar och girlanger, var villig att offra tillsammans med folket.
14:13	Och så snart som apostlarna, Barnabas och Paulus, hade hört detta, sliter sönder sina tunikor, de hoppade in i folkmassan, skrika ut
14:14	och säger: "Män, varför skulle du göra detta? Vi är också dödliga, män gillar er själva, predikar för dig att bli omvänd, från dessa fåfänga saker, till den levande Guden, som gjorde himmel och jord och havet och allt som är i dem.
14:15	I tidigare generationer, han tillät alla nationer att vandra på sina egna vägar.
14:16	Men visst, han lämnade sig inte utan vittnesbörd, gör gott från himlen, ger regn och fruktsamma årstider, fyller deras hjärtan med mat och glädje."
14:17	Och genom att säga dessa saker, de var knappt i stånd att hindra folkmassorna från att immolera till dem.
14:18	Nu kom några judar från Antiokia och Ikonium dit. Och efter att ha övertalat publiken, de stenade Paulus och släpade honom ut ur staden, tror att han är död.

John 14: 21 -26

14:21	Whoever holds to my commandments and keeps them: it is he who loves me. And whoever loves me shall be loved by my Father. And I will love him, and I will manifest myself to him.”
14:22	Judas, not the Iscariot, sa till honom: "Herre, how does it happen that you will manifest yourself to us and not to the world?”
14:23	Jesus svarade och sade till honom: “If anyone loves me, he shall keep my word. And my Father will love him, and we will come to him, and we will make our dwelling place with him.
14:24	Whoever does not love me, does not keep not my words. And the word that you have heard is not of me, but it is of the Father who sent me.
14:25	These things I have spoken to you, while abiding with you.
14:26	But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will suggest to you everything whatsoever that I have said to you.

Handlingar 9: 26-31

9:26	Och när han hade kommit till Jerusalem, han försökte ansluta sig till lärjungarna. Och de var alla rädda för honom, utan att tro att han var en lärjunge.
9:27	Men Barnabas tog honom åt sidan och ledde honom till apostlarna. Och han förklarade för dem hur han hade sett Herren, och att han hade talat med honom, och hur, i Damaskus, han hade handlat troget i Jesu namn.
9:28	Och han var med dem, in och ut i Jerusalem, och handla troget i Herrens namn.
9:29	Han talade också med hedningarna och tvistade med grekerna. Men de försökte döda honom.
9:30	Och när bröderna hade insett detta, de förde honom till Caesarea och skickade honom till Tarsus.
9:31	Säkert, Kyrkan hade fred i hela Judéen och Galileen och Samaria, och det byggdes upp, medan han vandrade i Herrens fruktan, och den fylldes av den helige Andes tröst.

First Letter of John 3: 18-24

3:18	My little sons, let us not love in words only, but in works and in truth.

John 15: 1- 8

15:1	“I am the true vine, and my Father is the vinedresser.

15:4	Abide in me, and I in you. Just as the branch is not able to bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, so also are you unable, unless you abide in me.
15:5	I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me, and I in him, bears much fruit. For without me, you are able to do nothing.
15:6	If anyone does not abide in me, he will be cast away, like a branch, and he will wither, and they will gather him and cast him into the fire, and he burns.
15:7	If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, then you may ask for whatever you will, and it shall be done for you.
15:8	In this, my Father is glorified: that you should bring forth very much fruit and become my disciples.
