Ch 1 Marc

Marc 1

1:1 The beginning of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
1:2 As it has been written by the prophet Isaiah: “Feuch, I send my Angel before your face, who shall prepare your way before you.
1:3 The voice of one crying out in the desert: Prepare the way of the Lord; make straight his paths.”
1:4 John was in the desert, baptizing and preaching a baptism of repentance, as a remission of sins.
1:5 And there went out to him all the region of Judea and all those of Jerusalem, and they were baptized by him in the river Jordan, confessing their sins.
1:6 And John was clothed with camel’s hair and with a leather belt around his waist. And he ate locusts and wild honey.
1:7 And he preached, ag ràdh: “One stronger than me comes after me. I am not worthy to reach down and loosen the laces of his shoes.
1:8 I have baptized you with water. Ach dha-rìribh, he will baptize you with the Holy Spirit.”
1:9 Agus thachair sin, anns na làithibh sin, Jesus arrived from Nazareth of Galilee. And he was baptized by John in the Jordan.
1:10 Agus sa bhad, upon ascending from the water, he saw the heavens opened and the Spirit, like a dove, descending, and remaining with him.
1:11 And there was a voice from heaven: “You are my beloved Son; in you I am well pleased.”
1:12 Agus air ball bhrosnuich an Spiorad e do'n fhàsach.
1:13 Agus bha e san fhàsach dà‑fhichead là agus dà‑fhichead oidhche. Agus bha e air a bhuaireadh le Satan. Agus bha e còmhla ris na beathaichean fiadhaich, agus rinn na h-Aingil frithealadh dha.
1:14 An uair sin, an dèidh Iain a thoirt seachad, chaidh Iosa do Ghalile, searmonachadh soisgeil rioghachd Dhe,
1:15 agus ag ràdh: “Oir tha an ùine air a choileanadh agus tha rìoghachd Dhè air tighinn faisg. Deanaibh aithreachas agus creidibh anns an t-soisgeul."
1:16 And passing by the shore of the Sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and his brother Andrew, casting nets into the sea, oir b' iasgairean iad.
1:17 Agus thubhairt Iosa riu, “Come after me, agus ni mi iasgairean air daoine dhibh."
1:18 And at once abandoning their nets, lean iad e.
1:19 And continuing on a little ways from there, he saw James of Zebedee and his brother John, and they were mending their nets in a boat.
1:20 And immediately he called them. And leaving behind their father Zebedee in the boat with his hired hands, lean iad e.
1:21 And they entered into Capernaum. And entering into the synagogue promptly on the Sabbaths, he taught them.
1:22 And they were astonished over his doctrine. For he was teaching them as one who has authority, and not like the scribes.
1:23 And in their synagogue, there was a man with an unclean spirit; and he cried out,
1:24 ag ràdh: “What are we to you, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are: the Holy One of God.”
1:25 And Jesus admonished him, ag ràdh, “Be silent, and depart from the man.”
1:26 And the unclean spirit, convulsing him and crying out with a loud voice, departed from him.
1:27 And they were all so amazed that they inquired among themselves, ag ràdh: “What is this? And what is this new doctrine? For with authority he commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey him.”
1:28 And his fame went out quickly, throughout the entire region of Galilee.
1:29 Agus goirid an dèidh sin imeachd as an t-sionagog, chaidh iad a steach do thigh Shimoin agus Anndra, le Seumas agus Iain.
1:30 Ach bha mathair-cheile Shimoin tinn ann am fiabhrus. Agus sa bhad dh'innis iad dha mu deidhinn.
1:31 Agus a 'tarraing faisg oirre, thog e suas i, a' gabhail air làimh i. Agus sa bhad dh'fhàg am fiabhras i, agus rinn i frithealadh dhoibh.
1:32 An uair sin, nuair a thàinig am feasgar, an deidh a' ghrian air dol fodha, thug iad ga ionnsuidh iadsan uile anns an robh deamhain, agus iadsan anns an robh deamhain.
1:33 Agus bha am baile uile air cruinneachadh aig an doras.
1:34 Agus leighis e mòran a bha air an trioblaideachadh le caochladh thinneasan. Agus thilg e mach mòran dheamhan, ach cha leigeadh e leo labhairt, oir dh'aithnich iad e.
1:35 Agus ag èirigh gu math tràth, a' falbh, chaidh e mach gu àite fàsail, agus an sin rinn e urnuigh.
1:36 Agus Simon, agus iadsan a bha maille ris, lean e as a dheigh.
1:37 Agus an uair a fhuair iad e, thubhairt iad ris, “Oir tha a h-uile duine gad iarraidh.”
1:38 Agus thubhairt esan riu: “Rachamaid a-steach do na bailtean agus na bailtean-mòra a tha faisg air làimh, chum as gu'n searmonaich mi an sin mar an ceudna. Gu dearbh, is ann air an aobhar so a thàinig mi."
1:39 Agus bha e teagasg 'nan sinagogan, 's feadh Ghalile uile, agus a' tilgeadh a mach dheamhan.
1:40 Agus thainig lobhar ga ionnsuidh, a' guidhe air. Agus air a ghlùinean sìos, thuirt e ris, “Ma tha thu deònach, tha sibh comasach air mise a ghlanadh."
1:41 An uairsin Iosa, a' gabhail truas ris, shìn e mach a làmh. Agus a 'suathadh ris, thuirt e ris: “Tha mi deònach. Bi air do ghlanadh.”
1:42 Agus an deigh dha labhairt, air ball dh'imich an luibhre uaith, agus bha e air a ghlanadh.
1:43 Agus dh'earalaich se e, agus chuir e air falbh e gu grad.
1:44 Agus thubhairt esan ris: “Feuch nach innis thu do neach sam bith. Ach falbh agus nochd thu fhèin don àrd-shagart, agus tairg air son 'ur glanaidh an ni sin a dh'àithn Maois, mar theisteanas dhaibh."
1:45 Ach air falbh, thòisich e air searmonachadh, agus air am focal a sgaoileadh, air chor as nach b'urrainn e tuilleadh a steach gu follaiseach do bhaile, ach b’ fheudar fuireach a-muigh, ann an àiteachan fàsail. Agus chruinnicheadh iad da ionnsaigh as gach taobh.
