Membaca

Yesaya 25: 6-10

25:6	Dan Tuhan semesta alam akan membuat semua orang di gunung ini berpesta dengan kegemukan, untuk berpesta anggur, kegemukan penuh sumsum, anggur murni.
25:7	Dan dia akan menjatuhkan dengan keras, di gunung ini, wajah rantai, dengan mana semua orang telah terikat, dan jaring, dengan mana semua bangsa telah ditutupi.
25:8	Dia akan dengan keras menjatuhkan kematian selamanya. Dan Tuhan Allah akan menghapus air mata dari setiap wajah, dan dia akan menghilangkan aib umatnya dari seluruh bumi. Karena Tuhan telah mengatakannya.
25:9	Dan mereka akan berkata pada hari itu: "Melihat, inilah Tuhan kita! Kami telah menunggunya, dan dia akan menyelamatkan kita. Ini adalah Tuhan! Kami telah bertahan untuknya. Kami akan bersorak-sorai dan bersukacita atas keselamatannya.”
25:10	Karena tangan Tuhan akan beristirahat di atas gunung ini. Dan Moab akan diinjak-injak di bawahnya, seperti halnya tunggul yang aus oleh gerobak.

Philippians 4: 12-14, 19-20

4:12 I know how to be humbled, and I know how to abound. I am prepared for anything, anywhere: either to be full or to be hungry, either to have abundance or to endure scarcity.

4:13 Everything is possible in him who has strengthened me.

4:14 Namun sungguh, you have done well by sharing in my tribulation.

4:19 And may my God fulfill all your desires, according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

4:20 And to God our Father be glory forever and ever. Amin.

Injil Suci Menurut Matius 22: 1-14

22:1	Dan menanggapi, Jesus again spoke to them in parables, pepatah:
22:2	“The kingdom of heaven is like a man who was king, who celebrated a wedding for his son.
22:3	And he sent his servants to call those who were invited to the wedding. But they were not willing to come.
22:4	Lagi, he sent other servants, pepatah, ‘Tell the invited: Melihat, I have prepared my meal. My bulls and fatlings have been killed, and all is ready. Come to the wedding.’
22:5	But they ignored this and they went away: one to his country estate, and another to his business.
22:6	Namun sungguh, the rest took hold of his servants and, having treated them with contempt, killed them.
22:7	But when the king heard this, he was angry. And sending out his armies, he destroyed those murderers, and he burned their city.
22:8	Then he said to his servants: ‘The wedding, Memang, has been prepared. But those who were invited were not worthy.
22:9	Karena itu, go out to the ways, and call whomever you will find to the wedding.’
22:10	And his servants, departing into the ways, gathered all those whom they found, bad and good, and the wedding was filled with guests.
22:11	Then the king entered to see the guests. And he saw a man there who was not clothed in a wedding garment.
22:12	Dan dia berkata kepadanya, ‘Friend, how is it that you have entered here without having a wedding garment?’ But he was dumbstruck.
22:13	Then the king said to the ministers: ‘Bind his hands and feet, and cast him into the outer darkness, di mana akan ada tangisan dan kertakan gigi.
22:14	For many are called, but few are chosen.’ ”
