Ukufunda

IZenzo zabaPostile 2: 36-41

2:36	Ngoko ke, Yanga yonke indlu kaSirayeli yazi okunene, ukuba uThixo umenzé kwa lo Yesu, enambethelelayo emnqamlezweni, kokubini iNkosi noKristu.”
2:37	Ke kaloku, bakuba bevile ezi zinto, batyumkile ezintliziyweni zabo, baza bathi kuPetros nakwabanye abapostile: “Simele senze ntoni, abazalwana abahloniphekileyo?”
2:38	Kodwa ngokwenene, Wathi kubo uPetros: “Yenza uxolo; uze ubhaptizwe, ngamnye kuni, egameni likaYesu Krestu, ukuze nixolelwe izono zenu. Niya kwamkela ke isipho soMoya oyiNgcwele.
2:39	Kuba idinga likuwe noonyana bakho, nakubo bonke abakude: kuba abo babiziweyo iNkosi uThixo wethu.
2:40	Ke ngoku, ngamanye amagama amaninzi, wangqina, wabavuselela, esithi, “Zisindiseni kwesi sizukulwana singendawo.”
2:41	Ngoko ke, abo bayamkelayo intetho yakhe babhaptizwa. Kongezelelwa ngaloo mini imiphefumlo engathi imawaka mathathu.

IVangeli Engcwele ngokukaYohane 20: 11-18

20:11	But Mary was standing outside the tomb, weeping. Emva koko, while she was weeping, she bowed down and gazed into the tomb.
20:12	And she saw two Angels in white, sitting where the body of Jesus had been placed, one at the head, and one at the feet.
20:13	They say to her, “Mfazi, why are you weeping?” She said to them, “Because they have taken away my Lord, and I do not know where they have placed him.”
20:14	When she had said this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, but she did not know that it was Jesus.
20:15	Wathi uYesu kuye: “Mfazi, why are you weeping? Who are you seeking?” Considering that it was the gardener, Wathi kuye, “Mhlekazi, if you have moved him, tell me where you have placed him, and I will take him away.”
20:16	Wathi uYesu kuye, “Mary!” And turning, Wathi kuye, “Rabboni!” (oko kukuthi, Mfundisi).
20:17	Wathi uYesu kuye: “Do not touch me. For I have not yet ascended to my Father. But go to my brothers and tell them: ‘I am ascending to my Father and to your Father, to my God and to your God.’ ”
20:18	Mary Magdalene went, announcing to the disciples, “I have seen the Lord, and these are the things that he said to me.”
