IZenzo zabaPostile 5: 17-26

5:17	Wandula ke umbingeleli omkhulu nabo bonke ababenaye, yiyo i, ihlelo labaSadusi abawexukileyo, wesuka wazala likhwele.
5:18	Baza bababeka izandla abapostile, babafaka entolongweni.
5:19	Kodwa ebusuku, isithunywa seNkosi sazivula iingcango zentolongo, sabakhupha, esithi,
5:20	“Hambani niye kuma etempileni, ndiwathetha ebantwini onke la mazwi obomi.
5:21	Bathe ke bakukuva oko, bangena etempileni ekukhanyeni kokuqala, baye befundisa. Emva koko umbingeleli omkhulu, nabo babenaye, wasondela, bayibizela ndawonye intlanganiso yamatyala, nawo onke amadoda amakhulu oonyana bakaSirayeli. Bathumela entolongweni ukuba baziswe.
5:22	Kodwa bakufika abalindi, kwaye, ekuvuleni intolongo, ndandingabafumananga, babuya babika kubo,
5:23	esithi: “Siyifumene intolongo ivalwe ngenkuthalo yonke, bemi nabalindi phambi komnyango. Kodwa ekuyivuleni, asifumananga mntu ngaphakathi.
5:24	Emva koko, bakuweva la mazwi umgwebi wetempile, nababingeleli abakhulu, babengaqinisekanga ngazo, malunga nokuba kwenzeke ntoni na.
5:25	Kodwa kwafika umntu waza wabaxelela, “Khangela!, amadoda enawafaka entolongweni asentempileni, bemi befundisa abantu.”
5:26	Emva koko umantyi, kunye nabalindi, waya nazo, kungengamandla. kuba bebesoyika abantu, hleze baxulutywe ngamatye.

IVangeli Engcwele ngokukaYohane 3: 16-21

3:16	For God so loved the world that he gave his only-begotten Son, so that all who believe in him may not perish, but may have eternal life.
3:17	For God did not send his Son into the world, in order to judge the world, but in order that the world may be saved through him.
3:18	Whoever believes in him is not judged. But whoever does not believe is already judged, because he does not believe in the name of the only-begotten Son of God.
3:19	And this is the judgment: that the Light has come into the world, and men loved darkness more than light. For their works were evil.
3:20	For everyone who does evil hates the Light and does not go toward the Light, so that his works may not be corrected.
3:21	But whoever acts in truth goes toward the Light, so that his works may be manifested, because they have been accomplished in God.”
