Ukufunda

The Book of the Prophet Jeremiah 14: 17-22

14:17	Uze uthethe kubo eli lizwi: Amehlo am ahla iinyembezi ubusuku nemini, zingayeki. Kuba intombi eyintombi yabantu bakowethu ityunyuzwe ngembandezelo enkulu, ngenxeba elibuhlungu kakhulu.”
14:18	Ukuba ndithe ndaphuma ndaya emasimini: khangela, ababuleweyo ngekrele. Ukuba ndithe ndangena kuwo umzi: khangela, abatyhafileyo yindlala. Ngokunjalo, umprofeti, ngokunjalo, nombingeleli, baye ezweni ababengalazi.
14:19	ngewamgxothile na uYuda?? Okanye umphefumlo wakho uyakwenyanya iZiyon? Usibetheleni na?, kangangokuba akukho mpilo kuthi? Silinde uxolo, kodwa akukho nto ilungileyo, nangexesha lokuphiliswa, kwaye khangela, ingxaki.
14:20	Owu Nkosi, siyavuma impieties zethu, ubugwenxa boobawo, ukuba sonile kuwe.
14:21	Ngenxa yegama lakho, musa ukusihlazisa. Kwaye ungayihlazisi ngathi itrone yozuko lwakho. Khumbula, musani ukwenza into engento, umnqophiso wakho nathi.
14:22	Ngaba nayiphi na imifanekiso eqingqiweyo yeeNtlanga inokunisa imvula?? Okanye ngaba izulu linako ukunisa imvula? Besingathembelanga na kuwe?, iNkosi uThixo wethu? ngokuba uzenzile wena zonke ezo zinto.

ULuka 10: 38-42

10:38	Ngoku kwenzekile oko, while they were traveling, he entered into a certain town. Kwaye umfazi othile, named Martha, received him into her home.
10:39	And she had a sister, named Mary, I-WHO, while sitting beside the Lord’s feet, was listening to his word.
10:40	Now Martha was continually busying herself with serving. And she stood still and said: “Nkosi, is it not a concern to you that my sister has left me to serve alone? Ngoko ke, speak to her, so that she may help me.”
10:41	And the Lord responded by saying to her: “Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled over many things.
10:42	And yet only one thing is necessary. Mary has chosen the best portion, and it shall not be taken away from her.”
