Ukufunda

The Letter of Saint Paul to the Ephesians 6: 1-9

6:1	Abantwana, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is just.
6:2	Beka uyihlo nonyoko. This is the first commandment with a promise:
6:3	ukuze kulunge kuni, and so that you may have a long life upon the earth.
6:4	Kwaye wena, ootata, do not provoke your children to anger, but educate them with the discipline and correction of the Lord.
6:5	Abakhonzi, be obedient to your lords according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in the simplicity of your heart, as to Christ.
6:6	Do not serve only when seen, ngokungathi bakholisa abantu, but act as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart.
6:7	Serve with good will, as to the Lord, and not to men.
6:8	For you know that whatever good each one will do, the same will he receive from the Lord, whether he is servant or free.
6:9	Kwaye wena, lords, act similarly toward them, setting aside threats, knowing that the Lord of both you and them is in heaven. For with him there is no favoritism toward anyone.

13:22	Waye ecanda kwimizi ngemizi, nemizana, efundisa, esendleleni eya eYerusalem.
13:23	Wathi umntu kuye, “Nkosi, bambalwa abasindisiweyo?” Uthe ke yena kubo:
13:24	Zamani ukungena ngesango elimxinwa;. Kwabaninzi, Ndiyakuxelela, baya kufuna ukungena bangabi nako.
13:25	Emva koko, xa sele kungene uyise wekhaya wavala, uya kuqala ukuma ngaphandle, unkqonkqoze emnyango, esithi, ‘Nkosi, sivulele.’ Yaye ekuphenduleni, uya kuthi kuni, ‘Andikwazi apho usuka khona.’
13:26	Emva koko uya kuqala ukuthi, ‘Sadla saza sasela phambi kwakho, wafundisa nasezitratweni zethu.
13:27	Wothi ke kuni: ‘Andikwazi apho usuka khona. mka kum, nina nonke basebenzi bobutshinga!'
13:28	Kuloo ndawo, khona apho kuya kubakho ukulila nokutshixiza kwamazinyo, xa ubona uAbraham, noIsake, noYakobi, nabo bonke abaprofeti, ebukumkanini bukaThixo, kanti nina nigxothiwe;.
13:29	Kwaye baya kufika bevela eMpuma, kunye neNtshona, naseMntla, kunye noMzantsi; yaye baya kungqendeva esithebeni ebukumkanini bukaThixo.
13:30	Kwaye khangela, abokugqibela baya kuba ngabokuqala, bathi abokuqala babe ngabokugqibela.
