The Letter of Saint Paul to the Galatians 5: 18-25

5:18	But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
5:19	Now the works of the flesh are manifest; they are: fornication, lust, homosexuality, self-indulgence,
5:20	the serving of idols, drug use, hostility, contentiousness, jealousy, wrath, quarrels, dissensions, divisions,
5:21	envy, murder, inebriation, carousing, and similar things. About these things, I continue to preach to you, as I have preached to you: that those who act in this way shall not obtain the kingdom of God.
5:22	But the fruit of the Spirit is charity, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, forbearance,
5:23	meekness, faith, modesty, abstinence, chastity. There is no law against such things.
5:24	For those who are Christ’s have crucified their flesh, along with its vices and desires.
5:25	If we live by the Spirit, we should also walk by the Spirit.

It Hillige Evangeelje Neffens Lukas 11: 42-46

11:42	Mar wee dy, Fariseeërs! Want jo jouwe tsienden munt en rue en alle krûd, mar jo negearje it oardiel en de woldiedigens fan God. Mar dizze dingen moatte jo dien hawwe, sûnder de oaren fuort te litten.
11:43	Wee dy, Fariseeërs! Want jo hâlde fan de earste sitten yn 'e synagogen, en groetnis op 'e merke.
11:44	Wee dy! Want jo binne as grêven dy't net te merken binne, sadat minsken oer har hinne rinne sûnder it te realisearjen."
11:45	Dan ien fan de saakkundigen yn de wet, yn antwurd, said to him, "Ûnderwizer, in saying these things, you bring an insult against us as well.”
11:46	Sa sei er: “And woe to you experts in the law! For you weigh men down with burdens which they are not able to bear, but you yourselves do not touch the weight with even one of your fingers.
