Akwụkwọ nke Aisaia onye amụma 42: 1-4, 6-7

42:1 Lee ohu m, M ga-akwado ya, ndi m hoputara, Ya na nkpuru-obim di utọ nke-uku. ezitewom Mọm n'aru Ya. Ọ ga-ekpe ikpe ziri ezi nye mba niile.
42:2 Ọ gaghị akwa ákwá, ọ gaghi-ahu kwa onye ọ bula n'anya; Agaghi-anu kwa olu-ya n'èzí.
42:3 Ọ gaghi-agbaji okporo ahịhịa amị e chihịara echihịa, ọ gaghi-emenyu kwa oriọna nēre ere. Ọ ga-eduga ikpe n'ezi-okwu.
42:4 Ọ gaghị ewute ya ma ọ bụ nwee nsogbu, rue mb͕e Ọ nēme ka ikpé guzosie ike n'uwa. Àgwàetiti ndị ahụ ga-echere iwu ya.
42:6 I, Chineke, akpọwo gị n'ikpe ziri ezi, M'we jidewo aka-gi, chebe gi. And I have presented you as a covenant of the people, as a light to the Gentiles,
42:7 so that you may open the eyes of the blind, and lead out the prisoner from confinement and those sitting in darkness from the house of incarceration.

The Acts of the Apostles 10: 34-38

10:34 Mgbe ahụ, Pita, opening his mouth, kwuru: “I have concluded in truth that God is not a respecter of persons.
10:35 But within every nation, whoever fears him and works justice is acceptable to him.

10:38 Jesus of Nazareth, whom God anointed with the Holy Spirit and with power, traveled around doing good and healing all those oppressed by the devil. For God was with him.
