Akwụkwọ nke amamihe 2: 12, 17-20

2:12 Ya mere, ka ayi gbaa onye ezi omume buruburu, n’ihi na ọ baghị uru nye anyị, + Ọ na-emegidekwa ọrụ anyị, + Ọ na-ejikwa mmebi iwu anyị na-akọcha anyị, Ọ na-emekwa ka anyị mara mmehie nke ụzọ ndụ anyị.
2:17 Let us see, mgbe ahụ, if his words are true, and let us test what will happen to him, and then we will know what his end will be.
2:18 For if he is the true son of God, he will receive him and deliver him from the hands of his adversaries.
2:19 Let us examine him with insult and torture, that we may know his reverence and try his patience.
2:20 Let us condemn him to a most shameful death, for, according to his own words, God will care for him.”
