IZenzo zabaPostile 6: 8-15

6:8	Emva koko uStefano, ezele lubabalo namandla, wenza imiqondiso emikhulu nezimanga phakathi kwabantu.
6:9	Kodwa abathile, kwindlu yesikhungu yabo babizwa ngokuba ngabaKhululwa, nabaseKirene, nama-Aleksandriya, Kwesuka ke kwabakho abathile baseKilikiya naseAsiya, ukuba babambene noStefano.
6:10	Kodwa ababanga nako ukumelana nabo ubulumko noMoya awayethetha ngaye.
6:11	Baza balukuhla amadoda awayeza kuthi amva ethetha amazwi onyeliso ngoMoses nangoThixo..
6:12	Kwaye njalo baye babaxhokonxa abantu namadoda amakhulu nababhali. Kwaye sikhawuleza kunye, bambamba, bamsa entlanganisweni yamatyala;.
6:13	Kwaye bamisa amangqina obuxoki, ngubani owathi: “Lo mntu akayeki ukuthetha amazwi anxamnye nendawo engcwele nomthetho.
6:14	Kuba simvile esithi lo Yesu waseNazarete uya kuyichitha le ndawo, aziguqule izithethe, awasinikelayo uMoses.
6:15	Kwaye bonke abo babehleli entlanganisweni yamatyala, emjongile, wabona ubuso bakhe, ngokungathi bubuso beNgelosi.

IVangeli Engcwele ngokukaYohane 6: 22-29

6:22	On the next day, the crowd which was standing across the sea saw that there were no other small boats in that place, except one, and that Jesus had not entered into the boat with his disciples, but that his disciples had departed alone.
6:23	Kodwa ngokwenene, other boats came over from Tiberias, next to the place where they had eaten the bread after the Lord gave thanks.
6:24	Ngoko ke, when the crowd had seen that Jesus was not there, nor his disciples, they climbed into the small boats, and they went to Capernaum, seeking Jesus.
6:25	And when they had found him across the sea, bathi kuye, “Rabhi, when did you come here?”

6:27	Do not work for food that perishes, but for that which endures to eternal life, which the Son of man will give to you. For God the Father has sealed him.”

6:29	Jesus responded and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he sent.”
