Hebhere 11: 1-2, 8-19

11:1 Ngoku, ukholo ke kukukholosa ngezinto ezithenjiweyo, ubungqina bezinto ezingacacanga.

11:2 Ngesi sizathu, abantu bakudala bangqina.

11:8 Ngokholo, lowo kuthiwa nguAbraham wamlulamela, ephuma, aye kuloo ndawo abeza kuyamkela ukuba ibe lilifa. Uye waphuma, engazi apho aya khona.

11:9 Ngokholo, wahlala kwiLizwe Ledinga ngokungathi ukwilizwe lasemzini, ukuhlala kwizindlu zangasese, kunye noIsake noYakobi, iindlalifa kunye zesithembiso esifanayo.

11:10 kuba wayewulindele umzi lo uneziseko, omakhi wayo inguThixo.

11:11 Nangokholo, USara ngokwakhe, ukuba ludlolo, wafumana amandla okukhawula inzala, nangona wayesele egqithile kwaloo minyaka ebomini. Kuba wayekholelwa ukuba uthembekile, owayethembisile.

11:12 Ngenxa yale nto, nabo bazalwa, kulowo ubengathi ufile, Ubuninzi obungangeenkwenkwezi zezulu, ngobani o, njengentlabathi eselunxwemeni lolwandle, ezingenakubalwa.

11:13 Bonke aba basweleka, ukubambelela elukholweni, bengawafumananga amadinga, ukanti wayebakhangele bemgama, ababulise, bevuma ukuba bangabasemzini neendwendwe emhlabeni.

11:14 Kuba abo bathetha ngolu hlobo babonisa ukuba bafuna ilizwe labo.

11:15 Kwaye ukuba, kanjalo, babeyikhumbula kanye loo ndawo babesuka kuyo, ngokuqinisekileyo ngebebuyile ngexesha.
