12:37 Banduluka oonyana bakaSirayeli eRameses, baya eSokoti, malunga namakhulu amathandathu amawaka amadoda ahamba ngeenyawo, ngaphandle kwabancinci.

12:38 Kodwa kwakhona umxube ongenakubalwa wabantu abaqhelekileyo wenyuka kunye nabo, iigusha, neenkomo, neentlobo ngeentlobo zezilwanyana, abaninzi kakhulu.

12:39 Bazibhaka ke nezonka, ababeyikhuphe kwaseJiputa okwethutyana nje elingephi. Benza izonka ezingenagwele phantsi kothuthu. kuba ubungenagwele, amaYiputa abanyanzela ukuba bahambe, akabavumela ukuba balibazise. Babengenalo nexesha lokupheka inyama.

12:40 Ngoku indawo yokuhlala yoonyana bakaSirayeli, ngoxa babehleli eYiputa, yaba yiminyaka emakhulu mane anamanci mathathu.

12:41 Sele kugqityiwe, kwangaloo mini yaphuma yonke impi kaYehova ezweni laseYiputa.

12:42 Obu busuku sisikhumbuzo esifanelekileyo seNkosi, ekubakhupheni kwakhe ezweni laseYiputa. Oku bamele bakwenze bonke oonyana bakaSirayeli kwizizukulwana zabo.

The Holy Gospel According to Matthew 12: 14-21

12:14	Then the Pharisees, ihamba, took council against him, as to how they might destroy him.
12:15	Kodwa uYesu, ekwazi oku, withdrew from there. And many followed him, and he cured them all.
12:16	Wabayala ke, lest they make him known.
12:17	Then what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah was fulfilled, esithi:
12:18	“Khangela!, my servant whom I have chosen, my beloved in whom my soul is well pleased. I will place my Spirit over him, and he shall announce judgment to the nations.
12:19	He shall not contend, nor cry out, neither shall anyone hear his voice in the streets.
12:20	He shall not crush the bruised reed, and he shall not extinguish the smoking wick, until he sends forth judgment unto victory.
12:21	And the Gentiles shall hope in his name.”
