Hechos 9: 26-31

9:26	Y cuando llegó a Jerusalén, intentó unirse a los discípulos. Y todos le tenían miedo, no creer que era un discípulo.
9:27	Pero Bernabé lo tomó aparte y lo llevó a los Apóstoles.. Y les explicó cómo había visto al Señor, y que le habia hablado, y cómo, en Damasco, había actuado fielmente en el nombre de Jesús.
9:28	y el estaba con ellos, entrar y salir de Jerusalén, y actuando fielmente en el nombre del Señor.
9:29	También hablaba con los gentiles y disputaba con los griegos. Pero buscaban matarlo..
9:30	Y cuando los hermanos se dieron cuenta de esto, lo llevaron a Cesarea y lo enviaron a Tarso.
9:31	Ciertamente, la Iglesia tuvo paz en toda Judea y Galilea y Samaria, y se estaba construyendo, mientras caminamos en el temor del Señor, y estaba siendo llena del consuelo del Espíritu Santo.

Primera carta de Juan 3: 18-24

3:18	My little sons, let us not love in words only, but in works and in truth.
3:19	De este modo, we will know that we are of the truth, and we will commend our hearts in his sight.
3:20	For even if our heart reproaches us, God is greater than our heart, and he knows all things.
3:21	Mas amado, if our heart does not reproach us, we can have confidence toward God;
3:22	and whatever we shall request of him, we shall receive from him. For we keep his commandments, and we do the things that are pleasing in his sight.
3:23	And this is his commandment: that we should believe in the name of his Son, Jesucristo, and love one another, just as he has commanded us.
3:24	And those who keep his commandments abide in him, and he in them. And we know that he abides in us by this: por el Espíritu, whom he has given to us.

John 15: 1- 8

15:1	“I am the true vine, and my Father is the vinedresser.
15:2	Every branch in me that does not bear fruit, he will take away. And each one that does bear fruit, he will cleanse, so that it may bring forth more fruit.
15:3	You are clean now, because of the word that I have spoken to you.
15:4	Abide in me, and I in you. Just as the branch is not able to bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, so also are you unable, unless you abide in me.
15:5	I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me, and I in him, bears much fruit. For without me, you are able to do nothing.
15:6	If anyone does not abide in me, he will be cast away, like a branch, and he will wither, and they will gather him and cast him into the fire, and he burns.
15:7	If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, then you may ask for whatever you will, and it shall be done for you.
15:8	En esto, my Father is glorified: that you should bring forth very much fruit and become my disciples.

Hechos 13: 44- 52

13:44	Sin embargo, verdaderamente, el sábado siguiente, casi toda la ciudad se juntó para escuchar la Palabra de Dios.
13:45	Entonces los judíos, viendo las multitudes, se llenaron de envidia, y ellos, blasfemar, contradecía las cosas que decía Pablo.
13:46	Entonces Pablo y Bernabé dijeron firmemente: “Era necesario hablaros primero la Palabra de Dios. Pero porque lo rechazas, y así juzgaros indignos de la vida eterna, Mirad, nos volvemos a los gentiles.
13:47	Porque así nos ha mandado el Señor: Te he puesto como luz de los gentiles, para que lleves la salvación hasta los confines de la tierra.’”
13:48	Entonces los gentiles, al escuchar esto, se alegraron, y glorificaban la Palabra del Señor. Y todos los que creyeron estaban predestinados a la vida eterna.
13:49	Ahora la palabra del Señor se difundió por toda la región..
13:50	Pero los judíos incitaron a algunas mujeres devotas y honestas, y los líderes de la ciudad. Y suscitaron persecución contra Pablo y Bernabé. Y los alejaron de sus partes.
13:51	Pero ellos, sacudiendo el polvo de sus pies contra ellos, pasó a Iconio.
13:52	Los discípulos también se llenaron de alegría y del Espíritu Santo.

John 14: 7- 14

14:7	If you had known me, certainly you would also have known my Father. And from now on, you shall know him, and you have seen him.”
14:8	Philip said to him, "Caballero, reveal the Father to us, and it is enough for us.”
14:9	Jesus said to him: “Have I been with you for so long, and you have not known me? Philip, whoever sees me, also sees the Father. How can you say, ‘Reveal the Father to us?'
14:10	Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words that I am speaking to you, I do not speak from myself. But the Father abiding in me, he does these works.
14:11	Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me?
14:12	Or else, believe because of these same works. Amén, amen, te digo, whoever believes in me shall also do the works that I do. And greater things than these shall he do, for I go to the Father.
14:13	And whatever you shall ask the Father in my name, that I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14:14	If you shall ask anything of me in my name, that I will do.

Lectura

The Acts of the Apostles 13: 26-33

13:26	hermanos nobles, hijos del linaje de Abraham, y los que entre vosotros teméis a Dios, es a vosotros que ha sido enviada la Palabra de esta salvación.
13:27	Para los que vivían en Jerusalén, y sus gobernantes, sin hacerle caso, ni las voces de los profetas que se leen en cada sábado, las cumplió al juzgarlo.
13:28	Y aunque no hallaron causa de muerte contra él, pidieron a Pilato, para que le dieran muerte.
13:29	Y cuando hubieron cumplido todo lo que estaba escrito acerca de él, bajándolo del árbol, lo pusieron en una tumba.
13:30	Sin embargo, verdaderamente, Dios lo resucitó de entre los muertos al tercer día.
13:31	Y fue visto durante muchos días por los que subieron con él de Galilea a Jerusalén., que aun ahora son sus testigos al pueblo.
13:32	Y les estamos anunciando que la Promesa, que se hizo a nuestros padres,
13:33	ha sido cumplida por Dios para nuestros hijos al resucitar a Jesús, tal como está escrito también en el Salmo segundo: 'Tú eres mi Hijo. Yo te he engendrado hoy.

The Holy Gospel According to John 14: 1-6

14:1	“Do not let your heart be troubled. You believe in God. Believe in me also.
14:2	In my Father’s house, there are many dwelling places. If there were not, I would have told you. For I go to prepare a place for you.
14:3	And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will return again, and then I will take you to myself, so that where I am, you also may be.
14:4	And you know where I am going. And you know the way.”
14:5	Thomas said to him, "Caballero, we do not know where you are going, so how can we know the way?”
