The Acts of the Apostles 6: 8-10, 7: 54-59

6:8	entonces esteban, llena de gracia y fortaleza, hizo grandes señales y milagros entre la gente.
6:9	Pero ciertos, de la sinagoga de los llamados libertinos, y de los cireneos, y de los alejandrinos, y de los que eran de Cilicia y de Asia se levantaron y disputaban con Esteban.
6:10	Pero no pudieron resistir la sabiduría y el Espíritu con que les hablaba..

7:54	Entonces, al escuchar estas cosas, estaban profundamente heridos en sus corazones, y le rechinaban los dientes.
7:55	Pero él, ser lleno del Espíritu Santo, y mirando fijamente al cielo, vio la gloria de Dios y a Jesús de pie a la diestra de Dios. Y él dijo, "Mirad, Veo los cielos abiertos, y el Hijo del hombre de pie a la diestra de Dios.”
7:56	Entonces ellos, gritando a gran voz, taparon sus oídos y, de común acuerdo, corrió violentamente hacia él.
7:57	Y expulsarlo, más allá de la ciudad, lo apedrearon. Y los testigos pusieron sus vestidos junto a los pies de un joven, quien se llamaba Saulo.
7:58	Y mientras apedreaban a Esteban, llamó y dijo, "Señor Jesus, recibe mi espíritu.”
7:59	Entonces, haber sido puesto de rodillas, gritó a gran voz, dicho, "Caballero, no les tomes en cuenta este pecado.” Y cuando hubo dicho esto, se durmió en el Señor. Y Saúl consintió en su asesinato..

El Santo Evangelio Según Mateo 10: 17-22

10:17	But beware of men. For they will hand you over to councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues.
10:18	And you shall be led before both rulers and kings for my sake, as a testimony to them and to the Gentiles.
10:19	But when they hand you over, do not choose to think about how or what to speak. For what to speak shall be given to you in that hour.
10:20	For it is not you who will be speaking, but the Spirit of your Father, who will speak in you.
10:21	And brother will hand over brother to death, and father will hand over son. And children will rise up against parents and bring about their deaths.
10:22	And you will be hated by all for the sake of my name. But whoever will have persevered, even to the end, the same shall be saved.
