The Acts of the Apostles 1: 1-11

1:1	Ciertamente, Oh Teófilo, Compuse el primer discurso sobre todo lo que Jesús comenzó a hacer y a enseñar,
1:2	instruyendo a los apóstoles, a quien había escogido por el Espíritu Santo, hasta el día en que fue alzado.
1:3	Él también se presentó vivo a ellos., después de su Pasión, apareciéndoseles durante cuarenta días y hablándoles del reino de Dios con muchas aclaraciones.
1:4	Y cenando con ellos, les mandó que no se apartaran de Jerusalén, sino que esperaran la Promesa del Padre, “de lo que has oído," él dijo, “de mi propia boca.
1:5	para juan, en efecto, bautizado con agua, pero seréis bautizados con el Espíritu Santo, no muchos días a partir de ahora.

1:9	Y cuando hubo dicho estas cosas, mientras ellos miraban, él fue levantado, y una nube lo ocultó de su vista.
1:10	Y mientras lo miraban subir al cielo, Mirad, dos hombres se pararon cerca de ellos con vestiduras blancas.
1:11	y dijeron: “Hombres de Galilea, ¿Por qué te quedas aquí mirando hacia el cielo?? este jesus, que ha sido tomado de entre vosotros al cielo, volverá como le habéis visto subir al cielo”.

Segunda Lectura

The Letter of Saint Paul to the Ephesians 1: 17-23

1:17	so that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give a spirit of wisdom and of revelation to you, in knowledge of him.
1:18	May the eyes of your heart be illuminated, so that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and the wealth of the glory of his inheritance with the saints,
1:19	and the preeminent magnitude of his virtue toward us, toward we who believe in accord with the work of his powerful virtue,
1:20	which he wrought in Christ, raising him from the dead and establishing him at his right hand in the heavens,
1:21	above every principality and power and virtue and dominion, and above every name that is given, not only in this age, but even in the future age.
1:22	And he has subjected all things under his feet, and he has made him the head over the entire Church,
1:23	which is his body and which is the fullness of him who accomplishes everything in everyone.

The Holy Gospel According to to Matthew 28:16-20

28:16	Now the eleven disciples went on to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had appointed them.
28:17	Y, seeing him, they worshipped him, but certain ones doubted.
28:18	And Jesus, acercandose, spoke to them, dicho: “All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth.
28:19	Por lo tanto, go forth and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
28:20	teaching them to observe all that I have ever commanded you. y he aquí, I am with you always, even to the consummation of the age.”
