6:1	En esos días, a medida que aumentaba el número de discípulos, se produjo una murmuración de los griegos contra los hebreos, porque sus viudas eran tratadas con desdén en el ministerio diario.
6:2	Y así los doce, reuniendo a la multitud de los discípulos, dicho: “No es justo que dejemos atrás la Palabra de Dios para servir en las mesas también.
6:3	Por lo tanto, hermanos, busquen entre ustedes siete hombres de buen testimonio, llenos del Espíritu Santo y de sabiduría, a quien podamos nombrar sobre esta obra.
6:4	Sin embargo, verdaderamente, estaremos continuamente en oración y en el ministerio de la Palabra.”
6:5	Y el plan complació a toda la multitud. Y eligieron a Esteban, un hombre lleno de fe y del Espíritu Santo, y Felipe y Prócoro y Nicanor y Timón y Parmenas y Nicolás, un recién llegado de Antioquía.
6:6	Estos los pusieron ante la vista de los Apóstoles, y mientras oraba, les impusieron las manos.
6:7	Y la Palabra del Señor iba aumentando, y el número de los discípulos en Jerusalén se multiplicó en gran manera. E incluso un gran grupo de los sacerdotes eran obedientes a la fe.

2:4	Y acercándose a él como si fuera una piedra viva, rechazado por los hombres, ciertamente, pero elegido y honrado por Dios,
2:5	sed también vosotros como piedras vivas, construido sobre él, una casa espiritual, un sacerdocio santo, para ofrecer sacrificios espirituales, aceptable a Dios por medio de Jesucristo.
2:6	Debido a esto, La Escritura afirma: "Mirad, Pondré en Sión la principal piedra del ángulo, electo, precioso. Y cualquiera que haya creído en él no será avergonzado”.
2:7	Por lo tanto, a ti que crees, el es honor. Pero a los que no creen, la piedra que desecharon los constructores, lo mismo se ha hecho en la cabeza de la esquina,
2:8	y una piedra de ofensa, y una roca de escándalo, a los que se ofenden por la Palabra; tampoco creen, aunque también han sido edificados sobre él.
2:9	Pero ustedes son una generación elegida, un sacerdocio real, una nación santa, un pueblo adquirido, para que anunciéis las virtudes de aquel que os ha llamado de las tinieblas a su luz admirable.

14:1	“Do not let your heart be troubled. You believe in God. Believe in me also.

14:9	Jesus said to him: “Have I been with you for so long, and you have not known me? Philip, whoever sees me, also sees the Father. How can you say, ‘Reveal the Father to us?'
14:10	Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words that I am speaking to you, I do not speak from myself. But the Father abiding in me, he does these works.
14:11	Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me?
14:12	Or else, believe because of these same works. Amén, amen, te digo, whoever believes in me shall also do the works that I do. And greater things than these shall he do, for I go to the Father.
