UHezekeli 37: 21- 28

37:21	Futhi uzothi kubo: Isho kanje iNkosi uJehova: Bheka, ngiyakubaphakamisa abantwana bakwa-Israyeli, phakathi kwezizwe abasuke beye kuzo, futhi ngiyobabutha ndawonye nxazonke, futhi ngiyobaholela emhlabathini wabo siqu.
37:22	Futhi ngiyobenza isizwe esisodwa ezweni, ezintabeni zakwa-Israyeli, futhi yinye inkosi eyakubusa phezu kwakho konke. Futhi ngeke besaba izizwe ezimbili, futhi ngeke besahlukaniswa babe imibuso emibili.
37:23	Futhi ngeke besangcoliswa izithombe zabo, langezinengiso zabo, nangabo bonke ububi babo. Futhi ngizobasindisa, kuzo zonke izindawo bonile, futhi ngizobahlanza. Futhi bayoba abantu bami, njalo ngizakuba nguNkulunkulu wabo.
37:24	Inceku yami uDavide iyakuba yinkosi phezu kwabo, futhi ziyoba nomalusi oyedwa. Bazahamba ngezahlulelo zami, futhi bayogcina imiyalo yami, njalo bazakwenza.
37:25	Futhi bayohlala ezweni engalinika inceku yami uJakobe, lapho ababehlala khona oyihlo. Futhi bayohlala phezu kwalo, bona namadodana abo, lamadodana amadodana abo, ngisho zikhathi zonke. Futhi uDavide, inceku yami, uzakuba ngumholi wabo, phakade.
37:26	Futhi ngizokwenza isivumelwano sokuthula nabo. Lokhu kuyoba yisivumelwano esiphakade kubo. Futhi ngizozimisa, futhi ubandise. Ngiyakubeka indlu yami engcwele phakathi kwabo, ngokungaphezi.
37:27	netabernakele lami liyakuba phakathi kwabo. Futhi ngizoba nguNkulunkulu wabo, bazakuba ngabantu bami.
37:28	Futhi abezizwe bayokwazi ukuthi mina nginguJehova, ongcwelisa u-Israyeli, lapho indlu yami engcwele izakuba phakathi kwabo, kuze kube phakade.”

UJohane 11: 45- 56

11:45	Ngakho-ke, many of the Jews, who had come to Mary and Martha, and who had seen the things that Jesus did, believed in him.
11:46	But certain ones among them went to the Pharisees and told them the things that Jesus had done.
11:47	Manje, the high priests and the Pharisees gathered a council, and they were saying: “What can we do? For this man accomplishes many signs.
11:48	If we leave him alone, in this way all will believe in him. And then the Romans will come and take away our place and our nation.”
11:49	Then one of them, named Caiaphas, since he was the high priest that year, wathi kubo: “You do not understand anything.
11:50	Nor do you realize that it is expedient for you that one man should die for the people, and that the entire nation should not perish.”
11:51	Yet he did not say this from himself, but since he was the high priest that year, he prophesied that Jesus would die for the nation.
11:52	And not only for the nation, but in order to gather together as one the children of God who have been dispersed.
11:53	Ngakho-ke, kusukela ngalolo suku, they planned to put him to death.
11:54	Manje, Jesus no longer walked in public with the Jews. But he went into a region near the desert, to a city which is called Ephraim. And he lodged there with his disciples.
11:55	Now the Passover of the Jews was near. And many from the countryside ascended to Jerusalem before the Passover, so that they might sanctify themselves.
11:56	Ngakho-ke, they were seeking Jesus. And they conferred with one another, while standing in the temple: “What do you think? Will he come to the feast day?”
