Isaya 45: 1, 4-6

 

45:1Usho kanje uJehova kuKoresi ogcotshiweyo wami, engimbamba isandla sokunene, ukuze ngithobe izizwe phambi kobuso bakhe, futhi ngingafulathela amakhosi, futhi ngingavula iminyango phambi kwakhe, ukuze amasango angavalwa

45:4Ngenxa kaJakobe, inceku yami, kanye no-Israyeli, abakhethiweyo bami, Sengikubize nangegama lakho. Ngikukhuphulile, futhi aningingazi.

45:5mina nginguJehova, futhi akekho omunye. akakho unkulunkulu ngaphandle kwami. ngikubhincile, futhi aningingazi.

1:1UPawulu noSilvanu noThimothewu, ebandleni labaseThesalonika, kuNkulunkulu uBaba naseNkosini uJesu Kristu.

1:2Umusa nokuthula kuwe. Sibonga uNkulunkulu njalo ngani nonke, sigcina inkumbulo yenu emithandazweni yethu singaphezi,

1:3ngikhumbula umsebenzi wakho wokukholwa, nobunzima, kanye nesisa, nethemba elihlala njalo, eNkosini yethu uJesu Kristu, phambi kukaNkulunkulu uBaba wethu.

1:4Ngoba siyazi, bazalwane, bathandwa bakaNkulunkulu, okhethweni lwakho.

1:5Ngokuba iVangeli lethu alizange libe phakathi kwenu ngezwi lodwa, kodwa futhi ebuhleni, nakuMoya oNgcwele, futhi ngokugcwala okukhulu, njengalokho nazi ukuthi senzile phakathi kwenu ngenxa yenu.

2:15 Then the Pharisees, ephuma, took counsel as to how they might entrap him in speech.

22:16 And they sent their disciples to him, with the Herodians, ethi: “Mfundisi, we know that you are truthful, and that you teach the way of God in truth, and that the influence of others is nothing to you. For you do not consider the reputation of men.
