Reading

The Book of the Prophet Ezekiel 34: 1-11

34:1	And the word of the Lord came to me, چوڻ:
34:2	“Son of man, prophesy about the shepherds of Israel. Prophesy, and you shall say to the shepherds: Thus says the Lord God: Woe to the shepherds of Israel who feed themselves! Should not the flocks be fed by the shepherds?
34:3	You consumed the milk, and you covered yourselves with the wool, and you killed what was fattened. But my flock you did not feed.
34:4	What was weak, you have not strengthened, and what was sick, you have not healed. What was broken, you have not bound, and what was cast aside, you have not led back again, and what was lost, you have not sought. بدران, you ruled over them with severity and with power.
34:5	And my sheep were scattered, because there was no shepherd. And they became devoured by all the wild beasts of the field, and they were dispersed.
34:6	My sheep have wandered to every mountain and to every exalted hill. And my flocks have been scattered across the face of the earth. And there was no one who sought them; there was no one, مان چوان ٿو, who sought them.
34:7	ان جي ڪري, O shepherds, listen to the word of the Lord:
34:8	As I live, خداوند خدا فرمائي ٿو, since my flocks have become a prey, and my sheep have been devoured by all the wild beasts of the field, since there was no shepherd, for my shepherds did not seek my flock, but instead the shepherds fed themselves, and they did not feed my flocks:
34:9	هن جي ڪري, O shepherds, listen to the word of the Lord:
34:10	Thus says the Lord God: ڏس, I myself will be over the shepherds. I will require my flock at their hand, and I will cause them to cease, so that they no longer refrain from feeding the flock. Neither will the shepherds feed themselves any more. And I will deliver my flock from their mouth; and it will no longer be food for them.
34:11	ڇالاءِ⁠جو خداوند خدا فرمائي ٿو: ڏس, I myself will seek my sheep, and I myself will visit them.

The Holy Gospel According to Matthew 20: 1-16

20:1	”آسمان واري بادشاھت ھڪڙي خاندان جي پيءُ وانگر آھي جيڪو صبح جو ٻاھر نڪتو ھو پنھنجي انگورن جي باغ ۾ مزدورن جي اڳواڻي ڪرڻ لاءِ..
20:2	پوءِ, مزدورن سان هڪ دينار في ڏينهن جو معاهدو ڪيو, ھن انھن کي پنھنجي انگورن جي باغ ۾ موڪليو.
20:3	۽ ٽئين ڪلاڪ جي باري ۾ ٻاهر وڃڻ, هن ٻين کي بازار ۾ بيڪار بيٺل ڏٺو.
20:4	۽ ھن انھن کي چيو, ”تون منهنجي انگورن جي باغ ۾ وڃي سگهين ٿو, پڻ, ۽ جيڪو مان توکي ڏيندس سو انصاف ٿيندو.
20:5	سو اڳتي هليا ويا. پر ٻيهر, هو ڇهين وڳي ٻاهر نڪري ويو, ۽ اٽڪل نائين ڪلاڪ, ۽ هن ساڳيو ڪم ڪيو.
20:6	اڃان تائين واقعي, اٽڪل يارنهن ڪلاڪ, هو ٻاهر ويو ۽ ٻين کي بيٺل ڏٺائين, ۽ ھن انھن کي چيو, ”تون هتي سڄو ڏينهن بيڪار ڇو بيٺو آهين?’
20:7	هن کي چوندا آهن, ”ڇاڪاڻ ته اسان کي ڪنهن به ڪم تي نه رکيو آهي.“ هن کين چيو, ”تون به وڃي سگهين منهنجي انگورن جي باغ ۾.
20:8	۽ جڏهن شام ٿي چڪي هئي, انگورن جي باغ جي مالڪ پنهنجي مينيجر کي چيو, ”مزدورن کي سڏيو ۽ کين سندن اجرت ڏيو, آخري کان شروع, جيتوڻيڪ پهرين تائين.
20:9	۽ ائين, جڏهن يارنهن وڳي ڌاري اچي پهتاسين, هر هڪ هڪ دينار وصول ڪيو.
20:10	پوءِ جڏهن اڳي وارا به اڳيان آيا, انهن سمجهيو ته اهي وڌيڪ وصول ڪندا. پر اهي, پڻ, هڪ دينار وصول ڪيو.
20:11	۽ ان کي حاصل ڪرڻ تي, انهن خاندان جي پيء جي خلاف گوڙ ڪيو,
20:12	چوڻ, ”اهي آخري هڪ ڪلاڪ ڪم ڪيا آهن, ۽ توهان انهن کي اسان جي برابر ڪيو آهي, جنهن ڏينهن جو وزن ۽ گرمي برداشت ڪندي ڪم ڪيو.
20:13	پر انهن مان هڪ کي جواب ڏيڻ, ھن چيو: ”دوست, مون توهان کي ڪو به نقصان نه پهچايو آهي. ڇا تون مون سان هڪ دينار تي راضي نه هئين?
20:14	جيڪو تنهنجو آهي سو وٺي وڃ. پر اها منهنجي مرضي آهي ته هن آخري کي ڏيان, جيئن توهان کي.
20:15	۽ ڇا اھو مون لاءِ حلال نه آھي ته جيڪو ڪريان سو ڪريان? يا تنهنجي نظر بڇڙي آهي ڇو ته مان سٺو آهيان?’
20:16	ته پوء, آخري پهريون هوندو, ۽ پهريون آخري ٿيندو. ڪيترن ئي لاء سڏيو ويندو آهي, پر ٿورا چونڊيا ويا آهن.
