प्रेरितों के कार्य 3: 13-15, 17-19

3:13	इब्राहीम का परमेश्वर और इसहाक का परमेश्वर और याकूब का परमेश्वर, हमारे पूर्वजों के परमेश्वर, ने अपने पुत्र यीशु की महिमा की है, आप कौन, वास्तव में, पिलातुस के सामने सौंप दिया और इनकार कर दिया, जब वह उसे रिहा करने का निर्णय दे रहा था.
3:14	फिर आपने पवित्र और न्यायी को नकार दिया, और बिनती की कि एक खूनी मनुष्य तुझे दिया जाए.

Second reading

The First Letter of Saint John 2: 1-5

2:1	My little sons, this I write to you, so that you may not sin. But if anyone has sinned, we have an Advocate with the Father, यीशु मसीह, the Just One.
2:2	And he is the propitiation for our sins. And not only for our sins, but also for those of the whole world.
2:3	And we can be sure that we have known him by this: if we observe his commandments.
2:4	Whoever claims that he knows him, and yet does not keep his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
2:5	But whoever keeps his word, truly in him the charity of God is perfected. And by this we know that we are in him.

The Holy Gospel According to Luke 24: 35-48

24:35	And they explained the things that were done on the way, and how they had recognized him at the breaking of the bread.
24:36	तब, while they were talking about these things, Jesus stood in their midst, और उसने उनसे कहा: "आपके शांति के साथ रहें. It is I. Do not be afraid.”

24:45	Then he opened their mind, so that they might understand the Scriptures.
24:46	और उसने उनसे कहा: “For so it is written, and so it was necessary, for the Christ to suffer and to rise up from the dead on the third day,
24:47	और, in his name, for repentance and the remission of sins to be preached, among all the nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
24:48	And you are witnesses of these things.
