एक्सोदेस 12: 37- 42

12:37 और इस्राएली रामसेस से सुक्कोत को कूच करके गए, लगभग छह लाख पुरुष पैदल, छोटों के अलावा.

12:38 लेकिन उनके साथ आम लोगों का एक असंख्य मिश्रण भी चढ़ा, भेड़ और झुंड और विविध प्रकार के जानवर, अत्यधिक अनेक.

12:39 और उन्होंने रोटी सेंकी, जिसे वे थोड़ी देर पहले मिस्र से आटे की नाईं ले गए थे. और उन्होंने अख़मीरी रोटियाँ राख के नीचे पकाकर बनाईं. क्योंकि वह खमीर नहीं हो सकता था, मिस्रियों ने उन्हें जाने के लिए विवश किया और उन्हें कोई विलम्ब करने की अनुमति नहीं दी. न ही उन्हें कोई मांस तैयार करने का अवसर मिला.

12:40 अब इस्राएल के पुत्रों का निवास स्थान, जब तक वे मिस्र में रहे, चार सौ तीस वर्ष था.

12:41 पूरा हो चुका है, उसी दिन यहोवा की सारी सेना मिस्र देश से निकल गई.

12:42 यह रात प्रभु के योग्य है, जब वह उन्हें मिस्र देश से बाहर ले गया. इस्त्राएल के सब पुत्र अपनी पीढ़ी पीढ़ी में यह माना करें.

The Holy Gospel According to Matthew 12: 14-21

12:14	Then the Pharisees, प्रस्थान, took council against him, as to how they might destroy him.
12:15	लेकिन यीशु, knowing this, withdrew from there. And many followed him, and he cured them all.
12:16	और उसने उन्हें निर्देश दिया, lest they make him known.
12:17	Then what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah was fulfilled, कह रहा:
12:18	“देखो, my servant whom I have chosen, my beloved in whom my soul is well pleased. I will place my Spirit over him, and he shall announce judgment to the nations.
12:19	He shall not contend, nor cry out, neither shall anyone hear his voice in the streets.
12:20	He shall not crush the bruised reed, and he shall not extinguish the smoking wick, until he sends forth judgment unto victory.
12:21	And the Gentiles shall hope in his name.”
