Second Corinthians 4: 7-15

4:7 लेकिन हम इस खजाने को मिट्टी के बर्तन में रखते हैं, ताकि जो उत्तम है वह परमेश्वर की शक्ति से हो, और हम में से नहीं.

4:8 सभी बातों में, हम क्लेश सहते हैं, तौभी हम शोक में नहीं हैं. हम विवश हैं, फिर भी हम निराश्रित नहीं हैं.

4:9 हम उत्पीड़न सहते हैं, अभी तक हमें नहीं छोड़ा गया है. हमें नीचे फेंक दिया जाता है, फिर भी हम नाश नहीं होते.

4:10 हम हमेशा अपने शरीर में यीशु की पीड़ा को लेकर चलते हैं, ताकि यीशु का जीवन भी हमारे शरीरों में प्रकट हो सके.

4:11 क्योंकि हम जो जीते हैं, यीशु के कारण सदा मृत्यु के हाथ सौंपे जाते हैं, ताकि यीशु का जीवन हमारे नश्वर शरीर में भी प्रकट हो सके.

4:12 इसलिए, मौत हम में काम कर रही है, और जीवन आप में काम कर रहा है.

4:13 लेकिन हमारे पास विश्वास की एक ही आत्मा है. और जैसा लिखा है वैसा ही है, "मैं मानता था, और इसी कारण से मैं बोला,” तो हम भी मानते हैं, और इसी कारण से, हम भी बोलते हैं.

4:14 क्‍योंकि हम जानते हैं, कि जिसने यीशु को जिलाया, वही यीशु के साथ हमें भी जिलाएगा, और अपके साथ खड़ा करेगा.

4:15 इस प्रकार, सब तुम्हारे लिए है, तो वह अनुग्रह, धन्यवाद में बहुतों के माध्यम से, परमेश्वर की महिमा से भरपूर हो सकता है.

The Holy Gospel According to Matthew 20: 20-28

20:20	Then the mother of the sons of Zebedee approached him, उसके बेटों के साथ, adoring him, and petitioning something from him.
20:21	और उसने उससे कहा, "आप क्या चाहते हैं?” She said to him, “Declare that these, my two sons, may sit, one at your right hand, and the other at your left, in your kingdom.”
20:22	लेकिन यीशु, जवाब, कहा: “You do not know what you are asking. Are you able to drink from the chalice, from which I will drink?” They said to him, “We are able.”
20:23	उसने उनसे कहा: “From my chalice, वास्तव में, you shall drink. But to sit at my right or my left is not mine to give to you, but it is for those for whom it has been prepared by my Father.”
20:24	And the ten, यह सुनकर, became indignant with the two brothers.
20:25	But Jesus called them to himself and said: “You know that the first ones among the Gentiles are their rulers, and that those who are greater exercise power among them.
20:26	It shall not be this way among you. But whoever will want to be greater among you, let him be your minister.
20:27	And whoever will want to be first among you, he shall be your servant,
20:28	even as the Son of man has not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a redemption for many.”
