Первая Книга Царств 17: 1-6

17:1 И Илия Фесвитянин, от жителей Галаада, сказал Ахаву, «Как жив Господь, Бог Израиля, в чьих глазах я стою, в эти годы не будет ни росы, ни дождя, разве что словами уст моих».

17:2 И было к нему слово Господне, говоря:

17:3 «Уйди отсюда, и иди на восток, и спрятаться у потока Керит, который находится напротив Иордана.

17:4 И там ты будешь пить из потока. И я приказал воронам накормить тебя там».

17:5 Поэтому, он пошел и поступил по слову Господню. И уходя, он поселился у потока Черит, который находится напротив Иордана.

17:6 И вороны несли ему хлеб и мясо утром, а также хлеб и мясо вечером. И он пил из потока.

Мэтью 5: 1-12

5:1	Затем, seeing the crowds, he ascended the mountain, and when he had sat down, his disciples drew near to him,
5:2	and opening his mouth, he taught them, говоря:
5:3	“Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
5:4	Blessed are the meek, for they shall possess the earth.
5:5	Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be consoled.
5:6	Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for justice, for they shall be satisfied.
5:7	Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.
5:8	Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.
5:9	Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.
5:10	Blessed are those who endure persecution for the sake of justice, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
5:11	Blessed are you when they have slandered you, and persecuted you, and spoken all kinds of evil against you, falsely, for my sake:
5:12	be glad and exult, for your reward in heaven is plentiful. For so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
