9:35	And Jesus traveled throughout all of the cities and towns, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the Gospel of the kingdom, and healing every illness and every infirmity.
9:36	Þá, seeing the multitudes, he had compassion on them, because they were distressed and were reclining, like sheep without a shepherd.
9:37	Then he said to his disciples: “The harvest indeed is great, but the laborers are few.
9:38	Þess vegna, petition the Lord of the harvest, so that he may sent out laborers to his harvest.”

10:5	Jesús sendi þessa tólf, leiðbeina þeim, að segja: „Farið ekki á vegum heiðingjanna, og farið ekki inn í borg Samverja,
10:6	en farðu í staðinn til sauðanna, sem fallnir eru frá húsi Ísraels.
10:7	Og fer fram, prédika, að segja: ‘Því að himnaríki er í nánd.’
10:8	Lækna sjúka, reisa upp hina látnu, hreinsa holdsveika, reka út djöfla. Þú hefur fengið ókeypis, svo gefðu frjálst.
