aktov 8: 1-8

8:1 Teraz v tých dňoch, došlo v Jeruzaleme k veľkému prenasledovaniu cirkvi. A všetci boli rozptýlení po krajoch Judska a Samárie, okrem apoštolov.

8:2 Ale bohabojní muži zariadili Štefanov pohreb, a urobili nad ním veľký smútok.

8:3 Potom Saul pustošil Cirkev tým, že vchádzal do všetkých domov, a odvliekanie mužov a žien, a ich uväznenie.

8:4 Preto, tí, ktorí boli rozptýlení, cestovali okolo, evanjelizovať Slovo Božie.

8:5 Teraz Filip, zostupuje do mesta Samárie, im kázal Krista.

8:6 A zástup pozorne a jednomyseľne počúval veci, ktoré hovoril Filip, a sledovali znamenia, ktoré robil.

8:7 Lebo mnohí z nich mali nečistých duchov, a, kričí silným hlasom, títo od nich odišli.

8:8 A mnohí z ochrnutých a chromých boli vyliečení.

John 6: 35-40

I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst.

6:36 Ale hovorím vám, that even though you have seen me, you do not believe.

6:37 All that the Father gives to me shall come to me. And whoever comes to me, I will not cast out.

6:38 For I descended from heaven, not to do my own will, but the will of him who sent me.

6:39 Yet this is the will of the Father who sent me: that I should lose nothing out of all that he has given to me, but that I should raise them up on the last day.

6:40 Tak potom, this is the will of my Father who sent me: that everyone who sees the Son and believes in him may have eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day.”
