11:1	Els apòstols i els germans que estaven a Judea van sentir que també els gentils havien rebut la Paraula de Déu.
11:2	Aleshores, quan Pere havia pujat a Jerusalem, els que eren de la circumcisió van discutir contra ell,
11:3	dient, “Per què vau entrar als incircumcisos?, i per què vas menjar amb ells?”
11:4	I en Pere va començar a explicar-los, de manera ordenada, dient:
11:5	"Estava a la ciutat de Joppe pregant, i vaig veure, en un èxtasi de la ment, una visió: un determinat contenidor baixant, com un gran llençol que baixa del cel per les seves quatre cantonades. I es va acostar a mi.
11:6	I mirant-ho, Vaig considerar i vaig veure les bèsties de quatre peus de la terra, i les bèsties salvatges, i els rèptils, i les coses voladores de l'aire.
11:7	Llavors també vaig sentir una veu que em deia: 'Aixeca't, Pere. Mata i menja.
11:8	Però vaig dir: ‘Mai, senyor! Perquè mai no m'ha entrat a la boca allò que és comú o impur.

10:1	“Amén, amén, et dic, he who does not enter through the door into the fold of the sheep, but climbs up by another way, he is a thief and a robber.
10:2	But he who enters through the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
10:3	To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name, and he leads them out.
10:4	And when he has sent out his sheep, he goes before them, and the sheep follow him, because they know his voice.
10:5	But they do not follow a stranger; instead they flee from him, because they do not know the voice of strangers.”
10:6	Jesus spoke this proverb to them. But they did not understand what he was saying to them.
10:7	Per tant, Jesus spoke to them again: “Amén, amén, et dic, that I am the door of the sheep.
10:8	All others, as many as have come, are thieves and robbers, and the sheep did not listen to them.
10:9	I am the door. If anyone has entered through me, he will be saved. And he shall go in and go out, and he shall find pastures.
10:10	The thief does not come, except so that he may steal and slaughter and destroy. I have come so that they may have life, and have it more abundantly.
