Lectura

Carta de Pau als Efesis 4: 7-16

4:7	Però a cadascú de nosaltres se'ns ha donat la gràcia segons la mesura que Crist ens ha donat.
4:8	A causa d'això, ell diu: “Pujant a dalt, va prendre la mateixa captivitat captiva; va donar regals als homes”.
4:9	Ara que ha pujat, el que queda excepte ell també a baixar, primer a les parts baixes de la terra?
4:10	El que va baixar és el mateix que també va pujar per sobre de tots els cels, perquè ho pogués complir tot.
4:11	I el mateix va concedir que alguns serien Apòstols, i alguns profetes, però realment altres evangelistes, i altres pastors i mestres,
4:12	per la perfecció dels sants, per la tasca del ministeri, en l'edificació del cos de Crist,
4:13	fins que tots ens trobem en la unitat de la fe i en el coneixement del Fill de Déu, com un home perfecte, en la mesura de l'edat de la plenitud de Crist.
4:14	Així que llavors ja no siguem nens petits, pertorbat i portat per tot vent de doctrina, per la maldat dels homes, i per l'astúcia que enganya fins a l'error.
4:15	En canvi, actuant segons la veritat en la caritat, hauríem d'augmentar en tot, en qui és el cap, Crist mateix.
4:16	Perquè en ell, tot el cos està molt unit, per cada articulació subjacent, mitjançant la funció assignada a cada part, aportant millores al cos, cap a la seva edificació en la caritat.

Luke 13: 1-9

13:1	And there were present, at that very time, some who were reporting about the Galileans, whose blood Pilate mixed with their sacrifices.
13:2	I responent, els va dir: “Do you think that these Galileans must have sinned more than all other Galileans, because they suffered so much?
13:3	No, I tell you. But unless you repent, you will all perish similarly.
13:4	And those eighteen upon whom the tower of Siloam fell and killed them, do you think that they also were greater transgressors than all the men living in Jerusalem?
13:5	No, I tell you. But if you do not repent, you will all perish similarly.”
13:6	And he also told this parable: “A certain man had a fig tree, which was planted in his vineyard. And he came seeking fruit on it, but found none.
13:7	Then he said to the cultivator of the vineyard: ‘Mira, for these three years I came seeking fruit on this fig tree, and I have found none. Per tant, cut it down. For why should it even occupy the land?’
13:8	But in response, li va dir: ‘Lord, let it be for this year also, during which time I will dig around it and add fertilizer.
13:9	I, en efecte, it should bear fruit. Però si no, in the future, you shall cut it down.’ ”
