Machitidwe 9: 31- 42

9:31	Ndithudi, Mpingo unali ndi mtendere ku Yudeya konse ndi ku Galileya ndi ku Samariya, ndipo idamangidwa, poyenda m’kuopa Yehova, ndipo unadzazidwa ndi chitonthozo cha Mzimu Woyera.
9:32	Ndiye izo zinachitika kuti Petro, pamene ankayendayenda paliponse, anadza kwa oyera mtima akukhala ku Luda.
9:33	Koma anapezako munthu wina, dzina lake Eneya, amene anali wamanjenje, amene adagona pakama zaka zisanu ndi zitatu.
9:34	Ndipo Petro adati kwa iye: “Eneya, Ambuye Yesu Khristu akuchizani inu. Nyamuka nukonzetse kama wako. Ndipo pomwepo adanyamuka.
9:35	Ndipo anamuona onse akukhala ku Luda ndi ku Saroni, ndipo adatembenukira kwa Yehova.
9:36	Tsopano ku Yopa kunali wophunzira wina dzina lake Tabita, amene m’kusandulika achedwa Dorika. Iye anadzazidwa ndi ntchito zabwino ndi mphatso zachifundo zimene anali kuchita.
9:37	Ndipo izo zinachitika, m’masiku amenewo, anadwala namwalira. Ndipo pamene adamsambitsa iye, adamugoneka m’chipinda chapamwamba.
9:38	Tsopano popeza Lida anali pafupi ndi Yopa, ophunzira, atamva kuti Petro ali pomwepo, adatuma amuna awiri kwa iye, kumufunsa iye: “Musachedwe kubwera kwa ife.”
9:39	Kenako Petulo, kuwuka, anapita nawo. Ndipo pamene iye anafika, adapita naye kuchipinda chapamwamba. Ndipo amasiye onse anaimirira momuzungulira, akulira ndi kumuonetsa malaya ndi malaya amene Dorika anawapangira.
9:40	Ndipo pamene onse anatulutsidwa kunja, Petro, kugwada pansi, anapemphera. Ndi kutembenukira ku thupi, adatero: "Tabitha, dzuka.” Ndipo adatsegula maso ake, pakuwona Petro, anakhalanso tsonga.
9:41	Ndipo anamupatsa dzanja lake, adamukweza. Ndipo pamene adayitana oyera mtima ndi amasiye, anampereka iye wamoyo.
9:42	Tsopano izi zinadziwika mu Yopa monse. Ndipo ambiri anakhulupirira Ambuye.

Yohane 6: 61- 70

6:61	Choncho, many of his disciples, pakumva izi, adatero: “This saying is difficult,” ndi, “Who is able to listen to it?”
6:62	Koma Yesu, knowing within himself that his disciples were murmuring about this, adati kwa iwo: “Does this offend you?
6:63	Then what if you were to see the Son of man ascending to where he was before?
6:64	It is the Spirit who gives life. The flesh does not offer anything of benefit. The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and life.
6:65	But there are some among you who do not believe.” For Jesus knew from the beginning who were unbelieving and which one would betray him.
6:66	Ndipo adatero, “For this reason, I said to you that no one is able to come to me, unless it has been given to him by my Father.”
6:67	Zitatha izi, many of his disciples went back, and they no longer walked with him.
6:68	Choncho, Jesus said to the twelve, “Do you also want to go away?”
6:69	Then Simon Peter answered him: “Ambuye, to whom would we go? You have the words of eternal life.
6:70	And we have believed, and we recognize that you are the Christ, Mwana wa Mulungu.”
