Nyimbo ya Solomo 3: 1-4

3:1 Mkwatibwi: Pabedi langa, usiku wonse, Ndinafunafuna amene moyo wanga umkonda. Ndinamufunafuna, ndipo sadampeza.

3:2 ndidzauka, ndipo ndidzazungulira mzindawo. Kudzera m'misewu yam'mbali ndi misewu, ndidzafuna amene moyo wanga umkonda;. Ndinamufunafuna, ndipo sadampeza.

3:3 Alonda akulondera mzindawo anandipeza: “Kodi munamuona amene moyo wanga umam’konda??”

3:4 Nditawadutsa pang'ono, Ndinapeza amene moyo wanga umkonda. Ndinamugwira, ndipo sadafuna kummasula, mpaka ndikamulowetsa m’nyumba ya amayi anga, ndi m’chipinda cha mkazi wondibala ine.

Buku la Mneneri Mika 7: 14-15, 18-20

7:14	With your rod, pasture your people, the flock of your inheritance, living alone in the narrow forest, in the midst of Carmel. They will graze in Bashan and Gilead, as in the ancient days.
7:15	As in the days of your departure from the land of Egypt, I will reveal miracles to him.
7:18	What God is like you, who takes away iniquity and passes over the sin of the remnant of your inheritance? No longer will he send forth his fury, because he is willing to be merciful.
7:19	He will turn back and have mercy on us. He will put away our iniquities, and he will cast all our sins into the depths of the sea.
7:20	You will give the truth to Jacob, mercy to Abraham, which you swore to our fathers from the ancient days.

Yohane 20: 1-2, 11-18

20:1 Ndiye pa Sabata loyamba, Mariya wa ku Magadala anapita kumanda m’mamawa, kudakali mdima, ndipo adawona kuti mwala wakunkhunizidwa kuuchotsa pamanda.

20:2 Choncho, anathamanga nadza kwa Simoni Petro, ndi kwa wophunzira winayo, amene Yesu anawakonda, ndipo adati kwa iwo, “Anachotsa Ambuye kumanda, ndipo sitidziwa kumene adamuyika Iye.

20:11 But Mary was standing outside the tomb, kulira. Ndiye, while she was weeping, she bowed down and gazed into the tomb.

20:12 And she saw two Angels in white, sitting where the body of Jesus had been placed, one at the head, and one at the feet.

20:13 They say to her, “Mkazi, why are you weeping?” She said to them, “Because they have taken away my Lord, and I do not know where they have placed him.”

20:14 When she had said this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, but she did not know that it was Jesus.

20:15 Yesu anati kwa iye: “Mkazi, why are you weeping? Who are you seeking?” Considering that it was the gardener, she said to him, “Bwana, if you have moved him, tell me where you have placed him, and I will take him away.”

20:16 Yesu anati kwa iye, “Mariya!” And turning, she said to him, “Rabboni!” (kutanthauza, Mphunzitsi).

20:17 Yesu anati kwa iye: “Do not touch me. For I have not yet ascended to my Father. But go to my brothers and tell them: ‘I am ascending to my Father and to your Father, to my God and to your God.’ ”

20:18 Mary Magdalene went, announcing to the disciples, “I have seen the Lord, and these are the things that he said to me.”
