Tobiti 2: 9- 14

9 Koma Tobit, woopa Mulungu koposa mfumu, Anaba mitembo ya anthu ophedwa n’kuibisa m’nyumba mwake, ndi pakati pa usiku, iye anawaika iwo.

2:10 Koma zinachitika tsiku lina, pokhala wotopa ndi kuyika akufa, analowa m’nyumba mwake, ndipo anadzigwetsa pafupi ndi khoma, ndipo anagona.

2:11 Ndipo, pamene anali mtulo, zitosi zotentha zochokera pachisa cha namzeze zinagwera m’maso mwake, ndipo adapangidwa wakhungu.

2:12 + Choncho Yehova analola kuti mayeserowo amugwere, kuti apereke chitsanzo kwa amtsogolo a kuleza mtima kwake, amenenso ali ngati Yobu woyera.

2:13 Za, kuyambira ubwana wake, nthawi zonse anali kuopa Mulungu ndi kusunga malamulo ake, choncho sadagwe mphwayi pamaso pa Mulungu chifukwa cha mliri wakhungu umene udampeza.

2:14 Koma anakhalabe wosasunthika m’kuopa Mulungu, kuyamika Mulungu masiku onse a moyo wake.

12:13	And they sent some of the Pharisees and Herodians to him, so that they might trap him with words.
12:14	Ndipo izi, kufika, adati kwa iye: “Mphunzitsi, we know that you are truthful and that you do not favor anyone; for you do not consider the appearance of men, Koma inu mukuphunzitsa njira ya Mulungu moona. Is it lawful to give the tribute to Caesar, or should we not give it?”
12:15	And knowing their skill in deception, adati kwa iwo: “N’chifukwa chiyani mukundiyesa? Bring me a denarius, so that I may see it.”
12:16	And they brought it to him. Ndipo adati kwa iwo, “Whose image and inscription is this?” Iwo adati kwa iye, "Za Kaisara."
12:17	So in response, Yesu adati kwa iwo, “Then render to Caesar, the things that are of Caesar; and to God, the things that are of God.” And they wondered over him.
