The Book of the Prophet Jeremiah 20: 10-13

20:10	Pakuti ndinamva za chipongwe cha ambiri, ndi mantha ponseponse: ‘Muzunze!' ndi, ‘Tiyeni timuzunze!’ kuchokera kwa amuna onse amene anakhala ndi ine mwamtendere ndiponso amene anali kuyang’anira pafupi ndi ine. ‘Ngati pakanakhala njira ina yoti anganyengedwe, ndipo tingamlaka ndi kubwezera chilango kwa iye!'
20:11	Koma Yehova ali ndi ine, ngati wankhondo wamphamvu. Pachifukwa ichi, amene akundizunza adzagwa, ndipo adzakhala opanda mphamvu. Adzachita manyazi kwambiri. + Pakuti sanamvetse chitonzo chosatha chimene sichidzafafanizidwa.
20:12	Nanunso, O Ambuye wa makamu, Woyesa wa olungama, amene amawona mtima ndi mtima: Ndikukupemphani kuti muwone kubwezera kwanu pa iwo. pakuti ndaululira mlandu wanga kwa iwe;.
20:13	Imbirani Yehova! Ambuye alemekezeke! + Pakuti wamasula moyo wa munthu wosauka m’manja mwa oipa.

Uthenga Wopatulika Malinga ndi Yohane 10: 31-42

10:31	Choncho, the Jews took up stones, in order to stone him.
10:32	Yesu anayankha iwo: “I have shown you many good works from my Father. For which of those works do you stone me?”
10:33	Ayuda adamuyankha: “We do not stone you for a good work, but for blasphemy and because, though you are a man, you make yourself God.”
10:34	Jesus responded to them: “Is it not written in your law, ‘I said: you are gods?'
10:35	If he called those to whom the word of God was given gods, and Scripture cannot be broken,
10:36	why do you say, about him whom the Father has sanctified and sent into the world, ‘You have blasphemed,’ because I said, ‘I am the Son of God?'
10:37	If I do not do the works of my Father, do not believe in me.
10:38	But if I do them, even if you are not willing to believe in me, believe the works, so that you may know and believe that the Father is in me, and I am in the Father.”
10:39	Choncho, they sought to apprehend him, but he escaped from their hands.
10:40	And he went again across the Jordan, to that place where John first was baptizing. And he lodged there.
10:41	And many went out to him. And they were saying: "Poyeneradi, John accomplished no signs.
10:42	But all things whatsoever that John said about this man were true.” And many believed in him.
