Genesis 32: 23-32
32:23 And having delivered over all the things that belonged to him,
32:24 he remained alone. Ndipo tawonani, a man wrestled with him until morning.
32:25 And when he saw that he would not be able to overcome him, he touched the nerve of his thigh, and immediately it withered.

32:30 And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel, kunena, “I have seen God face to face, and my soul has been saved.”

9:35 | Ndipo kutenga mwana, anamuika iye pakati pawo. Ndipo pamene adamkumbatira, adati kwa iwo: |
9:36 | “Iye amene alandira mwana mmodzi wotere m’dzina langa;, amandilandira. Ndipo amene andilandira Ine, salandira Ine, koma Iye wondituma Ine. |
9:37 | Yohane anamuyankha kuti, “Mphunzitsi, tinaona wina akutulutsa ziwanda m’dzina lanu; satitsata ife, choncho tidamletsa.” |
9:38 | Koma Yesu anati: “Musamuletse. + Pakuti palibe amene angathe kuchita zabwino m’dzina langa + n’kungonena zoipa za ine. |
