Ozeasz 14: 2-7

14:2 Izrael, nawróćcie się do Pana Boga waszego. Bo zostałeś zrujnowany przez własną niegodziwość.
14:3 Zabierz te słowa ze sobą i wróć do Pana. I powiedz mu, „Usuń wszelką nieprawość i przyjmij dobro. I odpłacimy łydkom naszych warg.
14:4 Assur nas nie uratuje; nie będziemy jeździć konno. Więcej też nie powiemy, „Dzieła naszych rąk są naszymi bogami,bo ci, którzy są w tobie, zmiłują się nad sierotą”.
14:5 Uleczę ich skruchę; Pokocham je spontanicznie. Albowiem mój gniew odwrócił się od nich.
14:6 Będę jak rosa; Izrael wyrośnie jak lilia, a korzeń jego rozrośnie się jak cedry libańskie.
14:7 Jego gałęzie będą się rozwijać, a jego chwała będzie jak drzewo oliwne, a jego woń będzie jak woń cedrów Libanu.

Mateusz 10: 16-23

10:16 Ujrzeć, I am sending you like sheep in the midst of wolves. Dlatego, be as prudent as serpents and as simple as doves.
10:17 But beware of men. For they will hand you over to councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues.
10:18 And you shall be led before both rulers and kings for my sake, as a testimony to them and to the Gentiles.
10:19 But when they hand you over, do not choose to think about how or what to speak. For what to speak shall be given to you in that hour.
10:20 For it is not you who will be speaking, but the Spirit of your Father, who will speak in you.
10:21 And brother will hand over brother to death, and father will hand over son. And children will rise up against parents and bring about their deaths.
10:22 And you will be hated by all for the sake of my name. But whoever will have persevered, even to the end, the same shall be saved.
10:23 Now when they persecute you in one city, flee into another. Amen mówię wam, you will not have exhausted all the cities of Israel, before the Son of man returns.
