ኦሪት ዘፍጥረት 12: 1-4
12:1 እግዚአብሔርም አብራምን አለው።: “ከምድርህ ውጣ, እና ከዘመዶችዎ, ከአባትህም ቤት, ወደማሳይህ ምድር ግቡ.
12:2 ታላቅ ሕዝብም አደርግሃለሁ, እባርክሃለሁ ስምህንም ከፍ ከፍ አደርግሃለሁ, አንተም ትባረካለህ.
12:3 የሚባርኩህን እባርካለሁ።, የሚረግሙህንም ርጉም።, የምድርም ወገኖች ሁሉ በአንተ ይባረካሉ።
12:4 አብራምም እግዚአብሔር እንዳዘዘው ሄደ, ሎጥም ከእርሱ ጋር ሄደ. አብራም ከካራን በወጣ ጊዜ የሰባ አምስት ዓመት ሰው ነበረ.
ሁለተኛ ንባብ
Second Letter to Timothy 1:8-10
1:8 እናም, በጌታችን ምስክርነት አታፍርም።, ከእኔም ጋር, የእሱ እስረኛ. ይልቁንም, በእግዚአብሔር ቸርነት ከወንጌል ጋር መተባበር,
1:9 ነፃ ያወጣን ወደ ቅዱስ ጥሪውም የጠራን።, እንደ ሥራችን አይደለም።, እንደ ራሱ አሳብና ጸጋ እንጂ, በክርስቶስ ኢየሱስ ተሰጠን, ከዘመናት በፊት.

ማቴዎስ 17: 1-9
17:1 እና ከስድስት ቀናት በኋላ, Jesus took Peter and James and his brother John, and he led them onto a lofty mountain separately.
17:2 And he was transfigured before them. And his face shined brightly like the sun. And his garments were made white like snow.
17:3 እና እነሆ, there appeared to them Moses and Elijah, speaking with him.
17:4 And Peter responded by saying to Jesus: "ጌታ, እዚህ መሆን ለእኛ ጥሩ ነው።. ፈቃደኛ ከሆናችሁ, let us make three tabernacles here, አንድ ለእናንተ, one for Moses, አንዱም ለኤልያስ ነው።
17:5 እርሱም ገና ሲናገር, እነሆ, a shining cloud overshadowed them. እና እነሆ, there was a voice from the cloud, እያለ ነው።: “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased. እሱን ስሙት።”
17:6 And the disciples, ይህን መስማት, fell prone on their face, and they were very afraid.
17:7 And Jesus drew near and touched them. እንዲህም አላቸው።, “Rise up and do not be afraid.”
17:8 And lifting up their eyes, they saw no one, except Jesus alone.
17:9 ከተራራውም ሲወርዱ, Jesus instructed them, እያለ ነው።, “Tell no one about the vision, until the Son of man has risen from the dead.”
