3:1	Görün Ata bizə necə məhəbbət bəxş edib, ki, çağırılacağıq, və olacaqdı, Allahın oğulları. Buna görə, dünya bizi tanımır, çünki onu tanımırdı.
3:2	Ən sevimli, biz indi Allahın oğullarıyıq. Amma o zaman nə olacağımız hələ ortaya çıxmayıb. Biz bilirik ki, o görünəndə, biz də onun kimi olacağıq, çünki biz onu olduğu kimi görəcəyik.
3:21	Ən sevimli, if our heart does not reproach us, we can have confidence toward God;
3:22	and whatever we shall request of him, we shall receive from him. For we keep his commandments, and we do the things that are pleasing in his sight.
3:23	And this is his commandment: that we should believe in the name of his Son, Müqəddəs İsa, and love one another, just as he has commanded us.
3:24	And those who keep his commandments abide in him, and he in them. And we know that he abides in us by this: Ruh tərəfindən, whom he has given to us.
