Branje

The Letter to the Hebrews 1: 1-6

1:1	Marsikje in na mnogo načinov, v preteklih časih, Bog je očetom govoril po prerokih;
1:2	nazadnje, v teh dneh, govoril nam je po Sinu, ki ga je postavil za dediča vsega, in po katerem je ustvaril svet.
1:3	In ker je Sin sijaj njegove slave, in lik njegove snovi, in vse nosi z Besedo svoje kreposti, s tem doseže očiščenje grehov, sedi na desnici veličanstva na višini.
1:4	In ker je bil narejen veliko boljši od angelov, podedoval je ime, ki je veliko večje od njihovega.
1:5	Kajti kateremu od angelov je kdaj rekel: »Ti si moj Sin; danes sem te rodila?” Ali pa še enkrat: »Zanj bom oče, in on mi bo sin?”
1:6	In spet, ko pripelje edinorojenega Sina na svet, on reče: "In naj ga obožujejo vsi Božji angeli."

The Holy Gospel According to Mark 1: 14-20

1:14	Potem, after John was handed over, Jesus went into Galilee, preaching the Gospel of the kingdom of God,
1:15	in rekel: “For the time has been fulfilled and the kingdom of God has drawn near. Repent and believe in the Gospel.”
1:16	And passing by the shore of the Sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and his brother Andrew, casting nets into the sea, for they were fishermen.
1:17	In Jezus jim je rekel, “Come after me, and I will make you fishers of men.”
1:18	And at once abandoning their nets, sledili so mu.
1:19	And continuing on a little ways from there, he saw James of Zebedee and his brother John, and they were mending their nets in a boat.
1:20	And immediately he called them. And leaving behind their father Zebedee in the boat with his hired hands, sledili so mu.
