Branje

The B00k of the Prophet Hosea 11: 1, 3-4, 8-9

1:1	Gospodova beseda, ki je prišla Ozeju, Beerijev sin, v dneh Uzija, Jotam, Ahaz, in Ezekija, Judovi kralji, in v Jeroboamovih dneh, Joašev sin, kralj Izraela.
1:3	In odšel je ven in vzel Gomer, hčer Diblaimovo; in spočela je in mu rodila sina.
1:4	In Gospod mu je rekel: »Daj mu ime Jezreel, ker, čez nekaj časa, Obiskal bom jezreelsko kri nad Jehujevo hišo, in umiril bom kraljestvo hiše Izraelove.
1:5	In v tistem dnevu, Zdrobil bom Izraelovo trdnjavo v Jezreelski dolini.«
1:8	In jo je odstavila, ki se je imenoval Brez milosti. In spočela je in rodila sina.
1:9	In rekel je: »Pokliči njegovo ime, Ne Moji ljudje, kajti vi niste moje ljudstvo, in ne bom tvoja.

Matej 5: 27-32

5:27 You have heard that it was said to the ancients: ‘You shall not commit adultery.’

5:28 Ampak povem vam, that anyone who will have looked at a woman, so as to lust after her, has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

5:29 And if your right eye causes you to sin, izkorenini in zavrzi od sebe. For it is better for you that one of your members perish, than that your whole body be cast into Hell.

5:30 And if your right hand causes you to sin, odreži ga in zavrzi od sebe. For it is better for you that one of your members perish, than that your whole body go into Hell.

5:31 And it has been said: ‘Whoever would dismiss his wife, let him give her a bill of divorce.’

5:32 Ampak povem vam, that anyone who will have dismissed his wife, except in the case of fornication, causes her to commit adultery; and whoever will have married her who has been dismissed commits adultery.
