Za, glej, v tistih dneh in v tistem času, ko bom spreobrnil ujetništvo Juda in Jeruzalema, |

Zbral bom vse pogane, in jih bo vodil v dolino Josafat. In tam se bom prepiral z njimi zaradi svojih ljudi, in nad Izraelom, moja dediščina, kajti razkropili so jih med narode in razdelili mojo deželo. |

In žrebali so za moje ljudstvo; in dečka, ki so ga dali v bordel, in dekle, ki so ga prodali za vino, da bi lahko pili. |

Resnično, kaj je med tabo in mano, Tir in Sidon in vsi daljni kraji Filistejcev? Kako se mi boš maščeval? In če bi se mi maščevali, Izročil bi vam povračilo, hitro in kmalu, na tvoji glavi. |

Kajti odnesel si moje srebro in zlato. In moja zaželena in najlepša, ste vzeli v svoja svetišča. |

In ti, Judovi sinovi in Jeruzalemski sinovi, si prodal grške sinove, da bi jih pregnal daleč od njihovega ozemlja. |

Glej, Dvignil jih bom s kraja, kamor si jih prodal, in povrnem tvoje maščevanje na tvojo glavo. |

In prodal bom vaše sinove in vaše hčere v roke Judovih sinov, in jih bodo prodali Sabejcem, oddaljeni narod, kajti Gospod je govoril. |

Razglasite to med pogani: »Posveti vojno, dvigniti močne. Pristop, povzpeti se, vsi vojni možje. |

Razrežite svoje pluge v meče in svoje motike v sulice. Naj šibkejši povedo, 'Ker sem močan.' |

Prebijte se in napredujte, vsi narodi sveta, in zbrati skupaj. There the Lord will cause all your strong ones to meet death.” |

Let them arise and ascend to the valley of Jehoshaphat. For there I will sit, so as to judge all the nations of the world. |

And the Lord will roar from Zion and utter his voice from Jerusalem. And the heavens and the earth will be moved. And the Lord will be the hope of his people and the strength of the sons of Israel. |

And you will know that I am the Lord your God, dwelling on Zion, my holy mountain. And Jerusalem will be holy, and strangers will not cross through it anymore. |
