9:16	Għax jekk inxandar l-Evanġelju, mhix glorja għalija. Għax obbligu ġie stabbilit fuqi. U gwaj għalija, jekk ma nxandarx l-Evanġelju.
9:17	Għax jekk nagħmel dan minn rajt, Għandi premju. Imma jekk nagħmel dan b’qalbhom, tingħata dispensa lili.
9:18	U xiex, imbagħad, ikun il-premju tiegħi? Allura, meta jippriedka l-Evanġelju, Għandi nagħti l-Evanġelju mingħajr ma nieħu, biex ma nużax ħażin l-awtorità tiegħi fil-Vanġelu.
9:19	Għal meta kont bniedem ħieles għal kulħadd, Jien għamilt lili nnifsi l-qaddej ta’ kulħadd, sabiex inkun nista’ nikseb aktar.
9:20	U għalhekk, to the Jews, I became like a Jew, so that I might gain the Jews.
9:21	To those who are under the law, I became as if I were under the law, (though I was not under the law) so that I might gain those who were under the law. To those who were without the law, I became as if I were without the law, (though I was not without the law of God, being in the law of Christ) so that I might gain those who were without the law.
9:22	Lid-dgħajjef, Sirt dgħajjef, sabiex inkun nista’ nikseb id-dgħajjef. Lil kulhadd, sirt kollu, sabiex insalva kollox.
9:23	U nagħmel kollox f’ġieħ l-Evanġelju, sabiex insir is-sieħeb tagħha.
